  We've used Michael from Freedom Appliance for several repairs including a dishwasher, refrigerator and dryer. He's great! He came out quickly each time, diagnosed the problem immediately, gave us a fair estimate and fixed the problem correctly. He's by far the best in the area and his prices are affordable.

  Mike has now fixed or replaced 3 appliances for me, a refrigerator, garbage disposal, and dishwasher. Been super pleased with his work and communication. He’s definitely my go-to for appliance repair or install.

  Mike came out and diagnosed/replaced a burner on our electric cooktop. He was meticulous with the repair, left a clean workspace, and clearly communicated around ordering the part and when he would come back out. A+.

  Said they were coming between 10 and 2. It’s 3:30 -no show. Tried calling their number- no answer. How do u run a business this way? I understand things happen, but to not even call is unprofessional!!

  I had a problem with my 17 year old dishwasher. It wouldn’t even turn on. It had not been draining well either. I have a home warranty, so I called them. They sent Mike from Freedom Appliance out. Mike is just great! He is knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and goes above and beyond! We had a scheduled appointment time, and he still took the time to text me when he was about 20 minutes away. He ordered the parts and then came back as soon as they were in. I just can’t say enough about how happy I am with his services! I would recommend Mike and Freedom Appliance to family, friends – anyone who’s having issues with their appliances. I have two dogs and he took the time to talk to them and pet them. They were so happy when he came back to install the parts. He’s just a really nice guy and he really knows his business. He takes his time with customers and explains what’s going on. I wish I could give 10 stars instead of just 5!
