My five star review is on Nick and Nick alone. Nick was excellent very accommodating. Completely understood my situation as he had something similar. Nick was awesome now as far as Storage goes overpriced it is ridiculous of what these storage companies are charging so they can afford their yachts.

Extremely dusty floors is unacceptable.
Today the AC is broken, and we are sweating trying to get a couple things into our unit. We chose this facility, being a trusted name and it has been a huge disappointment. So now we have to decide to get a moving truck and move all our stuff to a different storage place. Either way, we will have to wipe each item in our unit off for the negligence of the staff running the place. It wouldn't be too hard to have a custodian mop this place one a week. If I had to guess it's never been done. It is not household dust.It's not sitting on top of our things inside the unit.It is just the floor.
Each time I leave, I have to wipe mine and my kids' feet off before entering our car. This is a huge inconvenience, and I'm absolutely dreading, moving our stuff out of this place. And I cannot stand the thought of it sitting in there.
Today, when I arrived, the doors are broken for the 2nd week in a row.
5 stars for this facility is a long shot.

I stopped by Extra Space Storage on Sugarloaf Rd to get an idea of what I may need for a move in the near future.
Once I'm ready to start my moving process, I will most definitely be giving this place my business.
Great impression right away as the manager Nick greeted me and went over different unit sizes, prices, availability, etc...
2 thumbs up to that guy!
While he was helping me, multiple people came in who he helped professionally and efficiently without losing track of what we were going over.
The place was clean, welcoming and everybody I saw seemed happy.
Good customer service is rare these days!
Extra props to Extra Space for hiring an Extra awesome manager to maintain an Extra nice storage facility!
