I visited the store to have a receipt reprinted, and even though I initially went to the wrong department, the experience was excellent. The associate at the returns desk was incredibly cordial, patient, and helpful. She took the time to assist me with a positive attitude and made sure to take care of me without any frustration. As a business owner, I genuinely appreciate how Lowe’s prioritizes high-quality customer service. Experiences like this make a lasting impression and keep customers coming back.

I called support and was driven insane by someone that refused to tell me why and refused to ask a supervisor or get one. Then had a sales guy come out to do an estimate on an install that was 3 times the cost of the product and tried to tell me I was wrong in the kind of product I wanted and didn't send the estimate over for 7 days and it wasn't even itemized, had the wrong size and the wrong product. The level of ineptitude doesn't warrant the convenience that became a wanton inconvenience. Go to ACE hardware.
- JJJeanetteApr 25, 20261.0I am beyond frustrated with this entire experience. My purchase was a dryer and pedestal. The first pedestal didn't work and wouldn't even open. The second delivery team damaged my floors and didn’t even properly attach the new pedestal to my brand-new dryer—so now it literally slides around. When a third team came out, they couldn’t fix it and even said the second set installers shouldn’t be working there in the first place. After all of this, not a single manager has reached out to me. I couldn’t even get a name for someone in charge. Instead, I’ve been left to deal with the aftermath—getting multiple estimates to repair my damaged floors and waiting yet again for another pedestal and another appointment just to have my dryer installed correctly. I have never spent this much money to be this disappointed. The lack of accountability, communication, and basic quality service is unacceptable.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
