    Internet-only store. Sales team has very little if any product knowledge and acts like you dont know what you're doing or belittles people or required to be a contractor/electrician for visiting in-person. Even if you visit with specific product knowledge or after visiting website Matt acts like you have some drastically little information to work from. Matt will bounce around between images on a computer screen faster than you will have time to evaluate anything and act bothered you even showed up. When I asked why I would even visit Matt agreed he didnt know. If you want product help or guidance you will not find it here. In fact, he'll likely talk over you so why say anything. Matt will act like an image and spec sheet is all you need to know because of course it's all online. Matt also claimed they dont have everything on the show floor so he can't help with decisions, styles, or models variations, finishes, or anything. Matt will offer zero knowledge of variations between products. He will indicate all products are exactly the same which is never true. If you ask Matt about pricing or price matching he will tell you they have "little people" that sit in offices all day in a very belittling way for that. They do but dont price match. I was given an 8-10 week lead time for a common item but in reality that just means theyre a mark-up middleman without inventory. In this case age and experience does NOT make him better. Do yourself a favor and avoid this business.

    We have bought from Ferguson previously. We went back because we had an excellent customer service. Great products. Today, we entered the store. Staff asked if we needed help, said what we came to purchase. She quickly left stating she was going to get someone. A male came, immediately gave the impression he didn't even want to help, looked very unprofessional, and was probably the worst sales person I have encountered. We left and went elsewhere. We are updating all our bathroom fixtures. I had planned to use Ferguson. I am now looking elsewhere. This is ashame but I work hard fir my money.

How long do I have to return an item?

For most items, you may initiate a return for refund of the purchase price (not including shipping) within 90 days of receipt. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 90 days from receipt of the order.
