I took a day off work specifically to receive my order of 38 cartons of vinyl flooring, only to receive an email stating that Lowe's was unable to deliver my order. No explanation was provided, and I had to call customer service myself just to find out what had happened. Instead of being proactive and notifying me with a reason or a solution, Lowe's left me to waste valuable time chasing information about my own order.
My delivery was then rescheduled, leaving me with a wasted vacation day, lost time, and unnecessary financial loss. When customers plan major home renovation projects, they rely on the delivery dates Lowe's provides. Changing a delivery at the last minute without proper communication disrupts schedules, delays projects, and costs customers both time and money.
The employees I spoke with were courteous and did their best to help, so my frustration is not with the store staff. My disappointment is with Lowe's delivery system and the lack of communication and accountability. A company of this size should have a reliable logistics system and should immediately notify customers of any issues before they sacrifice a day off work waiting for an order that never arrives.
So here I am, losing both time and money because of Lowe's delivery system error. This experience has seriously affected my confidence in Lowe's ability to handle large delivery orders, and I hope management addresses these issues so other customers don't have to go through the same frustration.

They are never willing to help. Hard to find workers and or always have an attitude. I had to leave n go to home depot n the workers were ok with that instead of assuring I'll get the help I need. I wish now I didn't open a credit card with Lowe's.

We had to buy a wired doorbell and chime kit. This was abviously something we knew nothing about. Some of the red vests at the East Cone Blvd location immediately said that we needed to find Aria, the head cashier who had expertise in this area. Boy were they right as she helped us through all of the different types, along with all of the other information we needed while answering all of our questions. It was if she worked in the industry. Her customer service was awesome as she was very professional and personable. I see management in her future as she had great people skills. We purchased everything that she suggested. She is a big reason why we shop at Lowe's and no where else.
