I recently purchased Roundup spray that was advertised as $14.28, but with this "deal" you get one "free" refill. That was ALL it said simply put. I even asked an associate close by and he said "Yes, that's right!" (It was only only after the fact I was truly embarrassed for him since obviously he and other associates are not "privy" to what is actually going on.) It was when I went to the cashier that the dupe was found out. I paid $30.00 for both. All it amounts to is that they lower the price on BOTH items to make it seem like a "deal", but you in fact pay something for BOTH. If you are offering a "deal" why not just list them as "On sale, get both for this amount" instead of being deceptive on the shelf, misleading customers who are not in the "know", as everyone wants something "free". I even asked a front desk associate to make sure this was right, and she said yes, unfortunately "that is Lowe's policy", and even agreed that it was misleading. Your practices need better work, and at least put Lowe's policy fully in print at the display shelf.

I pushed the button for help, about 5 minutes later, a gentleman came and turned off the notification that someone needed help in the paint department. Went to customer service about 10 mins or so after that and asked for a supervisor and that was 10 minutes ago. If I had somewhere else nearby that would mix a few gallons of paint for me, I would. This is crazy. Very poor customer service.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
