Just left this location, I asked for help in plumbing, I had two employees walk right past me an not ask if I needed help, then another employee walks past me same thing, goes in the back an starts ripping up boxs. I waited for 15 minutes an nothing! I will continue to go to home depo for now on!

The Gift That Keeps On Giving - Replacement Window Disaster Our window replacement project is in its 7th month and still unresolved. We do not know when the windows will be delivered and neither does our Lowes store. We spent almost $28K seven months ago and still do not have them installed completely. Read the full story below.
We signed a contract with Lowes to install 17 Reliabilt 3900 windows, 1 Atrium sliding glass door, and 1 Larson storm door on February 27, 2026 for a total cost of $27,489.76, which was required to be paid up front. We agreed to a May11 to 13 installation date. The contract states that Lowes would install the following windows:
3 72 inch (W) x 48 inch (H)
10 48 inch (W) x 48 inch (H)
4 36 inch (W) x 48 inch (H)
They started to install two 36in x 48in windows in one of the 72in x 48in spaces. I interrupted them and let them know that our expectations, according to our contract, was that a single sliding window of dimensions 72in x 48 in was to be installed. This is where the entire install process started to devolve because what was ordered did not match the contract.
1. We were informed that no 72in x 48in windows were ordered. In addition, we discovered that we were missing one 36in x 48in window and two 48in x 48in windows.
2. The result is that the installers are unable to complete the installation and a delay of weeks if not months would be needed to have the proper windows manufactured.
3. A date was scheduled to remeasure the windows on 6/13. No one from Lowes showed up and no one contacted us. When we contacted the store, no one was aware of the appointment and executive customer service had no answer as to why Lowes was a no-show.
4. We were contacted on July 29 and informed that all the windows were at the store and ready for installation. This is 10 weeks after the failed installation of May 11 - 13 in which 6 windows were either not ordered or ordered incorrectly.
5. When Lowes installation team arrived on September 3 they discovered that two of the six windows were defective and could not be installed.
We have gone from dealing with a monumental failure of the Lowes Contract Service system that has demonstrated incompetence at every step to what can only be characterized as an absurd home improvement disaster.
We are now waiting for a new window delivery date and a new installation date for the final two windows. The effort and time required to prepare our home by removing window treatments and moving our furniture on 3 separate occasions is a demonstration of Lowe's complete disregard for its customers. We paid $27,489.76 back in February and still have not received the products nor any offer of compensation for the time, effort, and disruption to our lives. Total replacement window disaster and we are still waiting for a resolution...

Customer service is bad here. I walked around looking for what I needed and the few staff that were there never asked me if they could help or if I needed anything. When I gobto Home Depot I can't walk 20 ft without being asked if I was finding what I needed the staff just being polite. I drive out of my way to go to home depot now.

I asked 4 people for help cutting a piece of wood. I asked Alex who actively ignored me while on his phone, then helped another customer in front of me after I had asked for help first. Talk about picking and choosing your customers. I finally got someone to help me after waiting for ages and being ignored. Worst experience I’ve had and would rather travel to a different store than experience this again. Managers need to actually vet who they hire instead of just throwing in a bunch of kids who stand and play on their phone.
