Went to this store to pick up new flooring for our house, online said they had everything we needed in stock, we placed a delivery order for next day. soon it was then changed to Thursday, we had it scheduled for when somebody would be at the house for the delivery to get there. Ended up canceling the order and scheduled it for pick up instead. It took two hours for it to get loaded. Asked the employees to take the flooring off the palettes cause we were trying not to mess up our vehicle. Employees were reassuring us that it wouldn’t mess be fine and it was easier for them to load it on the pallets. So to nobody’s surprise we get home and unload everything the upholstery on the back of the 3rd row seats are ripped in several different places. While loading the pallets they set one down in the back and in order to make room for the second they just pushed the first with the second one ripping the seats up. Denying a request from a customer because it’s more convenient for the employee to just get it over with as quick as possible is unacceptable when it should have just been done to begin with……Wouldn’t recommend

Great service! I went with the intention of purchasing two 20 volt Craftsman brand blowers. The sales associate quickly pointed me to the right area and provided excellent direction as to product features and benefits. While it will probably not be needed, I went ahead and sprung for the three year warranty as well.

I recently had a disappointing experience in the garden department. I brought a plant to an employee’s attention because it was visibly struggling, with multiple yellowing leaves and what appeared to be a severely root-bound condition. I was specifically concerned about the health of the plant and whether it was worth purchasing.
The employee’s manager instructed her to use her judgment regarding a discount. However, rather than carefully examining the plant or acknowledging the concerns I was pointing out, the interaction felt dismissive. While I was explaining the plant’s condition, the employee’s responses, facial expressions, and body language came across as though my concerns were an inconvenience.
I was ultimately offered a 15% discount, which reduced the $25.99 price by approximately $3.90. I purchased the plant because I believed it could still recover, but my concern was never really about getting a bigger discount.
My concern was the condition of the product and how the situation was handled. When a customer brings a visibly unhealthy plant to an employee’s attention, I would expect the employee to at least take a moment to inspect it, acknowledge the concern, and communicate respectfully.
I understand that not every plant will be in perfect condition, especially in a garden center. What disappointed me was the lack of attentiveness and the way I felt dismissed when I was trying to address a legitimate product-quality concern.
I hope management uses this as an opportunity to remind employees that how a customer is treated can matter just as much as the resolution offered. A discount doesn’t replace good customer service, communication, and taking the customer’s concerns seriously.
The $3.90 discount wasn’t the issue. The way the situation was handled was.

The store itself was clean, organized, and uncrowded, but my experience was ruined by constant harassment from management.
Detailed Experience
I was walking over from a nearby hotel where I had been celebrating a friend's birthday. Before I even made it through the front doors—around 25 feet out, while lighting a cigarette and tossing a drink in the trash—I was intercepted by two managers (wearing gray vests). They asked if I needed help. I politely explained that I was just going inside to browse for a few minutes while waiting for my ride. They then made a passive-aggressive comment about "someone bothering customers for money," despite the fact that I was the only person in the entire parking lot.
Once I walked inside, the exact same two managers stopped me again just 15 feet past the entrance to ask what I was doing. I repeated that I was browsing while waiting for my pickup.
Five minutes later, they sent a sales associate to track me down and rush me out of the store. They couldn't find me initially because I had left my backpack up front at the return counter, but while I was paying at self-checkout, I overheard the associate and the cashier discussing how they had been instructed to look for me.
Being targeted and followed three separate times in under 10 minutes—simply because I walked over with a backpack—is completely unacceptable customer service.
