  I came in and initially spoke with Jose who was able to answer all of my questions prior to considering purchasing. I came back in specifically to work with him and he made our purchase smooth and seamless. Select items were back ordered(which is common in furniture) and the entire team at this location was always able to keep me updated whether it was on their end or me calling for updates. Me and my dogs are in love with how it all turned out. (Yes, I intentionally left off a back of the sofa so my dogs could see out the window.) I will absolutely be back to this location when it’s time to add more pieces or order new slip covers. 10/10

  My husband and I knew we wanted a Lovesac couch and we were so impressed with the team at this store. Faith took good care of us, helping us order, update, and track our shipment. Highly recommend going to the store to purchase. You’re in good hands with this team!

  This place is great however the company itself is a joke! I do not recommend lovesac to anyone! We have been waiting over a month for our $9000 refund.. stay away from this company!
