- BWBrittany White5 days ago1.0RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. WHOEVER IS THE LADY ANSWERING CALLS 5/15 SHOULD BE AUDITED AND MONITORED FOR QUALITY ASSURANCE. ARGUING WITH A CUSTOMER SIMPLY FOR ASKING FOR DISCOUNTED RATES IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE, WHICH IS WHY I WON’T BE STORING MY ITEMS HERE. It’s different if you are having a bad day. We all have bad days, but antagonizing someone for a simple question is unacceptable, especially when I was polite to her; it's a horrible way to miss out on a unit.

We actually rented here last year when my daughter moved out of the dorms, and now we’re back again. While the rates have increased a bit, that’s somewhat expected given the current economy. I secured the last available 5x5 unit this time, which worked out perfectly for our needs. Last year we rented a 5x10 and had more than enough space, so downsizing to the 5x5 was exactly what we needed. The facility is indoors with convenient elevator access, which made moving items in and out very easy. It’s also extremely clean, and the climate-controlled units are top-notch. Overall, I’m very happy with our experience and would definitely recommend this storage facility to others.
