- BMBlaire MSep 9, 20261.0Shawn and Gina are horrible! They have terrible customer service. My initial interaction began inside of the store over Labor Day weekend. The guy (Shawn) was rude, dismissive, and seemed to be highly incompetent of the pricing and structure of their policies and contracts. I became so uncomfortable I left the store and continued my search online.Today, Wednesday, I get a call from Gina inquiring on my approval and attempting to assist with finalizing my order. Her demeanor quickly changed when asked to breakdown the fees and payment schedule. The down payment continued to change with no clear understanding as to why. She states she will call back after speaking with her manager. The following call comes directly from (I will assume the manager) Shawn. Same rude demeanor as our interaction in person. I did acknowledge how uncomfortable and offended I’d felt and he continued to say “well you should do business somewhere else” or “we should end this now” I refused to allow him off that easy and insisted he answer my questions as a customer. I do have a full recording of our conversation and will be sending it to corporate. Obviously, I will not be doing business there. Stay away. Prevent the headache!

I miss the staff from Sapp Rd more, the staff on Gate city Blvd has just begun to work my nerves, their liars now. I don’t use my cell at work, and I’ve never gave them my work number, yes I’m late sometimes but never to the point for them to have to call my job! That’s so uncalled for. When I asked “Not” to call my job, call the numbers on my application which is my daughter and Son. They lied and said my daughter said do not call her phone again! 😡 lied. It pissed me off, I started to tell them come get the merchandise. They got the number from when I call to make a payment. I never give my work number out”never”. I still might give it back and go someplace else. Totally loss all respect for them now!!!!! After dealing with them for bout 7 years now. No more after this. Monica

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
