- LLLashondaMay 8, 20261.0Here to update my review as my review was only for the delivery guys not the store or my experience with the store from the beginning when i first reached out to Corey whom i spoke with told him my situation and his response was no problem i have the refrigerator in stock and can deliver next day for a set price that wont change the first problem was the delivery guys hounding me for a review before i could even inspect the refrigerator stood around waiting for the review I was so pressured for the review i went ahead and did it like a fool then realized the refrigerator was missing a shelf needed a little cleaning as if it was brought to me after someone used it then i realized when speaking with corey i insisted he not give me the refrigerator that had really bad reviews on it i told him i didnt want that refrigerator turns out this is that exact Refrigerator that I didn’t want i call back he lies to me and says that its the only one there at the store but he just told me the one i wanted was there and would be delivered to me but instead sent this one i didnt want and says well the one you want will take a week to get here so why lie to get my money then he told me the price would stay the same not! Price changed twice since having it i call to ask can the bill date be changed was told yes wasnt told about any late fee for asking for another week to pay it just all around feel played now they are rude to me definitely looking into other options because i refuse to be treated like crap and pay my money to them go elsewhere trust me

We offer a simple lease program where you make periodic renewal payments, and if you make all of the lease renewal payments or complete an early purchase option, you will own the merchandise. Leasing is a convenient way to get the items you want without a big upfront payment, using credit, or making a long-term commitment. Aaron’s offers a great selection of name brand products, with affordable payments and flexible choices on how to own your merchandise. Aaron’s provides a rental purchase agreement, lease purchase agreement, consumer rental purchase agreement, rent to own agreement, lease agreement with an option to purchase, or lease as applicable by state. How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

Yes! While you are leasing from Aaron’s we will move your merchandise for you provided you are moving within 15 miles of your current residence.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
