- MHMike HJul 5, 20225.0Setting up the appointment with Eric to address false alarms was easy. When it became necessary for me to reschedule the original appointment, it was painless. The serviceman Sean showed up on time. He had great way with the customer (me) explaining all he was doing as he worked. Sean changed the switches I requested. He also troubleshot the system and identified a defective switch which he replaced. I am very pleased with the servicing of my home alarm system by Carolina Phone & Alarms.
