Not sure what's going on with their staff but when I asked what aisle "windows" were on, the staff member had no idea and had to basically wander the store to find the aisle, the same thing I would've done to find the right aisle. If they were new, that's understandable. But then as he was about to walk away and go back to his job, he asked if I was "a homeowner"... I answered him, although it seemed strange. He said please look into our gutters or whatever he was basically trying to sell as a 3rd party product in addition to the Lowe's hardware employee job he was doing, it seemed like he was also doing some kind of 3rd party sales role for gutters or whatever it was... It was off-putting and strange, especially since he didn't really know where a basic item was in the store he worked at, but felt that it was ok to try and sell me some rain gutter package for my house.... I'd like to know from Lowe's CHQ what this was about and why this happened the way it did. Not the best experience at all....

I had a very disappointing experience with Candace in the Tool Rental department. We arrived around 6:00 PM to rent a truck for 90 minutes. She immediately pointed out that vehicle rentals close at 8:00 PM, and we assured her we would have the truck back well before then. Despite that, she rolled her eyes and was visibly annoyed with us.
Unfortunately, the attitude continued while she entered my dad’s license and insurance information. The entire interaction felt unnecessarily rude and unprofessional, especially when we were simply trying to rent a truck during normal rental hours.
When we returned the truck, another employee, who I believe was an assistant manager, helped us and was absolutely wonderful. She was friendly, professional, and made the return process a much better experience.
I also want to emphasize that every other Lowe’s employee we encountered that day was wonderful. That is the only reason I am not giving this location a one-star review. One employee’s poor attitude should not overshadow the great service we received from everyone else, but I do hope management addresses our experience with Candace because customers should not be made to feel like an inconvenience for using a service Lowe’s provides.

Edit: NEVER USE LOWE'S DELIVERY - update to the review below. After waiting the 7-10 days for a refund based on their horrible service, they refunded me, but only for the items purchased, NOT the delivery or service fee. This was after I had spent over an hour on the phone with their customer service team to ensure those fees would also be refunded. So this entire process cost me two days of work waiting for deliveries that didn't happen, hours on the phone with a customer service that didn't care, and then I don't even get all my money back!
Good in store service, horrible delivery service. Ordered a washing machine and delivery/installation. The first delivery attempt had the washer arriving damaged. The second delivery gave a 12 hour delivery window and when we called the day of the delivery, they claimed it had to be rescheduled. The third time they gave the same 12 hour window and never provided any more information. Customer service was uncaring.
