Getting through on the phone has been a bad joke for the past 15 minutes after 4 attempts.We have a guy lined up to install friday, but don’t have the main door to install.I wanted them delivered today, as this is my only day off. I am not a satisfied customer, as I went out of the way to make sure this was taken care of. I was assured this was taken care of, but obviously no follow up.

- BCBrian CapeApr 20, 20265.0Bought a lawnmower and trailer from this Lowe’s was able to pick up the lawnmower same day but the trailer had to be shipped no problem with having to wait for what I want two weeks later Lowe’s notified’s me my trailer is ready for pick up get there to get it and 3 slats of the wood flooring is in pretty rough shape I told them I wasn’t really happy about the condition of the wood these guys went above and beyond they replaced the slats without hesitation man you talk about customer service Gastonia Lowe’s you guys rock will definitely use you guys for all my future business purchases highly satisfied THANK YOU

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase.
