Nick in the paint section was incredible! We came in looking to match our paint and I showed him some pictures. He went out of his way to find the exact color. Thank you Nick

A great store! All of the employees seem so friendly and helpful every time I'm there! They do seem a little short on staff, though, so I don't ask for help unless I absolutely need it. Even so, I haven't had a bad experience here! One thing I do worry about is the lack of air conditioning inside the store. It was nearly 90 degrees outside the other day, and it was STIFLING inside. If I felt uncomfortable just shopping there for an hour, I can't imagine how the employees feel. And they're doing a bunch of heavy lifting and working outside, too. Anyways, it's an overall fantastic store! I just recently moved here, and I've been to both Home Depot and Lowe's. I gotta say that Lowe's is now my home store

I was a loyal customer to this branch here in Garner for over 20 years until what I experienced on April 2. As I was doing my “Spring” shopping in the Garden center I was being followed & watched closely by one of workers there. I felt very uncomfortable & so I ended up leaving my basket of plants, mulch etc. sitting in the hallway to speak to someone about it…
I was directed to customer service & the young girl listened but one of her comments to me was…“Maybe he was doing inventory…” I kind of chuckled because what I experienced was not “doing inventory”…I explained to her that I was not oblivious to what he was actually doing…He was peeping through the plants at me just standing there & then when I moved he moved. I felt very uncomfortable! Being a female & a random man doing that & you don’t see anyone else around is very, very uncomfortable! So WRONG! Also being an African American woman I felt like I was being targeted. What am I going to do steal a whole basket of stuff out of Lowe’s? Please!!! I am a hard working woman just like anyone else could be & don’t mind spending money on what I want! He was watching the wrong one! Well to get to the point on this I went back & got the cart & paid for the things I went there for because after speaking with the young girl at Customer Service she assured me that a “manager” will call me soon (as I left my name & number)…As of today I haven’t heard anything. I know that he was targeting me! This behavior should not be acceptable at all!!!

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
