I want to give a shout out to the ladies over and paint they have been super helpful play Jakey (Jackie if I did not spell your name correctly I know it's not spelled the traditional way) has helped me the last two days and she is absolutely wonderful. Another shout out to Jonathan over in Plumbing who has been super helpful and also to the ladies that check out. The last couple of weeks that I've been going to Lowe's I've noticed a tremendous difference in the customer service. The people who work in the areas all seem to know what they're doing or at least have an idea of how things work in their section and know how to find things and the name of things.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I received. During my recent visit/contact, I experienced unprofessional behavior and did not receive the assistance I expected. It is very sad that I can’t find someone to help trimming window blinds. After waiting for a very long time, I been told that they don’t have any one to help.
The staff were not helpful, my concerns were not addressed, and I felt that I was treated professionally.This experience was frustrating and did not meet the standard of service I expected from your business.

Had a great 5 star experience with Sal, a taller black gentleman who helped me relentlessly despite his rude coworkers. Two women at the customer service desk, a middle-aged white lady with dyed red hair and a younger Hispanic gal, were extremely disrespectful to Sal which was really off-putting. The red head seemed to be busy reading the return policy posted on the wall and the other lady was annoyed to be pulled from her till (while not helping anyone) to unlock chairs for me in the front. Sal, and later, a kinder older lady at the front, were merely trying to get someone with a key to unlock the merchandise out front for me and both woman were not just dismissive but were shouting “no” and acting overtly exasperated to help me. Once we finally got the chairs unlocked, Sal kindly helped me load them into my car despite an obvious leg injury.
This Lowe’s is the closest to me but due to their rude customer service team, I may have to go to another store. I hope for Sal’s sake that these ladies’ Lowe’s stint is short.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
