    I placed a lumber order over the phone at about 10:30am paid for it and said to them "can I pick it up later in about 2 hrs." The person o. The phone said "sure, you will have to pay for first" NP, so I paid for it. I was told I will recieve a text letting me know my order was ready to pick up. By 4;45pm I called the store and ask if my order was ready to pick up, I got transfer to 3 other departments and by 4:55pm got my call to cust. Service and the person. Said pro desk is gone but I can see your order is ready to pick up, I said I never received a message. I was not able to go to the store till 7:45pm and my order was not ready, they said everyone is busy right now if you wait we will pick it for you. It took until after the store closed for me to get my order. I have a back problem so I could not lift too heavy. But everyone with the exception of the cashiers (Natasha) was very rude and unwilling to help including one of the managers in the small pro desk room. The next morning, the ppl. that are working on my shed said I have about 12 pics. Of lumber out of 36 that will need to be return and swap for good ones because they are so bend that they can't use them like that. Now waist more time dealing with the same ppl. I will write about my next experience

    I love comn here. Reason One. Is to see Tony the greeter. He make my exp great. He is always cheery happy and friendly. Know where thing are at if you need help. He is the best!!! Tony Thank you. Second this place has all you need even if you dont need it. Customer service is great!!!

    Bought a zero turn mower yesterday and at first had a difficult time getting the right person to help us out. Ended up purchasing the mower and received great help at customer service and left very happy and satisfied with customer service and happy about a new mower. We love it here they’re always so nice and take care of us.

    Called about sod. The associate, I spoke to started out by simply saying that they did not carry sod, which is untrue. Then he said he would look it up, and said they only carry fescue, which is also untrue. He even put a “manager” on the phone who repeated the same untrue statement. So I called a different local store to get some straight answers. They said the warm season sod simply haven’t come in yet. I will be bypassing this Lowe’s to drive a few miles further to get good customer service. It is sad that a company like Lowe’s can get a bad name because of bad customer service. I hope they spend some time training those associates to be helpful, rather than brushing off a customer.

    Wow! We thought we would call up to our Lowe's, to find out if they happened to have on their floor the new refrigerator we wanted. (We won't talk about their new AI assist operator which is A W F U L - no offense AI).) Back to the story..... We were transferred to the appliance department. And this absolutely amazing associate named Patricia helped us out. Her patience and understanding was beyond words. Let's just say we probably challenged her pretty well with all of our questions. By the time the conversation was over, a new refrigerator had been purchased! And believe it or not, from their warehouse, not even from that store, it's going to be delivered tomorrow. We didn't have to go back online and wade through all that fun. Instead, she was able to do all that on the phone, describing everything to us that we needed to know and asking us every question that really needed to be asked. She accomplished all of that in a short time, and we didn't even have to leave our house or go online. How cool is that???? 😆 just sayin.....
