Not a great experience so far. To start with i booked online because it says I would get a discounted rate for doing so. When I pulled up there are signs all saying first month free which I didn’t get. The gate code was confusing right off the bat starting with a symbol then numbers, I was told to download the app to open the gate and doors. This was a joke, the main gate wouldn’t even come up or the storage building door. The staff said the more time I spent here the smarted it would get…. I mean come on I’m not a moron. They told me there would also be a lock that I paid for inside the unit and there was not….. here’s another kicker, after putting my stuff in I came back a few days later and the main gate was stuck open during non staffed hours, super early in the morning. I will be moving my stuff out at the end of the month I paid for, and thanks for charging me the setup fee for doing absolutely nothing……

This property is New and the staff are amazing Christine the manager is amazing and explained the whole process! Anthony also a staff is very helpful..I recommend it to everyone that needs a new climate controlled storage
