I had a new shower enclosure installed a couple of months ago. The installing was mismeasured and the door handle hits a closet door frame when opened and there is a water leak around the handle. I have talked to the owner on a couple of occasions and someone came out to review the problems. I was assure by the owner corrections would be made but he would be away on time off for a week. It has been three weeks, I have left to emails and one voice mail. No one has followed up. I would not recommend this company to stand behind their work. I have no choice to take this to the state for complaints. In the owners reply, he stated I declined the offer to fix the issue. The only offer made was to say he would reach out to me to discuss the remedy. After waiting over three weeks for his call, I posted a negative but totally accurate review. I tried to reach the owner via email and voice mail twice and only after I made the post did the owner call and tell me he would have tried to fix the issue but would not since I made the negative post. Never was a way to fix to issues offered. The owners post is not truthful.

A neighbor recommended Carolina Glass after using them to outfit his home gym with some large mirrors. Looking to do the same I called and from my first interactions with them until Marco and his team finished today the experience has been OUTSTANDING!!! I will highly recommend them to my friends and family.
