We are local and goes to this Lowe’s several times a week, the only reason I am writing a 5 star review is because of the service we received today with Paul in flooring. Our dog had an incident and in order for him to recover we have to place pieces of carpet around our home. We called ahead and by the time we got there he had what we requested ready and showed us additional options for what we described. During a stressful time, he delivered the best customer experience I’ve ever had at this Lowe’s and we’ve probably made several hundred visits.

My husband went in yesterday and picked up an order of cabinets for a client. There was an understandable mixup (it was starting to storm), and he had to go back today to get an item that had been left out. Both Shawn and Grizwold were very helpful and provided excellent customer service. They deserve a solid 10. We are always happy with the service we get.

I’m giving this Lowe’s one star, but I want to be very clear that this rating is not directed at the employees or the store itself. My concern is with Lowe’s management and corporate pricing, particularly when it comes to plants.
The prices of plants have become absolutely unbelievable. The increases over the past few years seem astronomical, to the point where many plants simply aren’t affordable or reasonably priced anymore. I understand that costs have gone up everywhere, but some of these prices are difficult to justify.
Lowe’s corporate management really needs to take a serious look at its plant pricing. Gardening and landscaping shouldn’t feel like a luxury purchase. Again, this is no reflection on the employees at the Sylva store, who have always been helpful. This review is about pricing decisions that are clearly made well above the store level.

I what the world to know this because I'm running out of resources. I went to Lowe's in Franklin NC a month ago to buy a very much needed stove. I asked questions regarding charges and what they were upon doing so the associate walked away from me (Todd) and I didn't know what was going on except that it was extremely rude. On beyond know to me a assistant mgr Mike comes up with already showing body language of Alfa male so I tried to explain my questions and also mentioned the rude behavior of Todd he shrub it off admittedly told me he didn't care and then he accuses me of being aggressive which I was not he then proceeded to tell me to leave. I have an elderly mom and I need to be able to cook and feed her among myself. Mike came right out and told me once again he didn't care. He should be ashame. He then threaten me and used abuse of power to have me trespassed. I wasn't leaving and did not. I"am thinking trespass. what ? So then came another mgr who in turn answered my questions and we completed the purchase. I then reported this to Lowe's and here is the kicker they could care less they without question protect their employees. I requested a review of their camera footage and a investigation none of which happened. I reported it to the BBB and that is a joke they take Lowe's side because Lowe's actually pays the BBB to keep a A+ rating. Did anybody know that ? yup.So reported them to the AG another joke. Bottom line is Lowes got away with mistreatment and total abuse of a customer and went against their very own policies when brought to their attention.I"am now very afraid to the point that I bought a body cam so when I go in Lowe's I will have my own footage and if no one wants to help to put an end to this total abuse then I will forward it to social media and those seeing my footage can see and determine right from wrong. Lowe's is not above the law.

Horrible customer service....bought a Craftsman riding mower R110 and the battery would not even work when they brought it. ..tried to get them to send new battery and was told I had to charge it! And keep it on a charger! What? Does anyone else have to keep their battery on a charger to get it to crank your mower?? Would like to know. Done with Lowes!

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
