  Erik at CrossRoad Pest Solution in Franklin (Macon County) was super easy to work with for my pest control needs. I had a developing problem with some carpenter bees at a new build I had just finished. Erik came out and professionally explained the situation and helped me understand what was going on. He set a date to come back for the service and then delivered! Already seeing dead bugs I didn't even know were around... my wife was convinced we didn't have a roach problem to which I said "we don't have a roach problem yet" and sure enough... we found a dead baby roach a few hours later. My favorite part was while sitting out on the porch after the service... watching one of the carpenter bees spin out of control and fall to the ground. it looked like he had shown up for work drunk! lol. Thanks Erik!
