I will be driving to home depot in SC for now on. This wasnt the first time I've been talked to in such a demeaning way, by management no less. I dont understand it. I was raised to treat people how Id like to be treated. I guess that is a thing of the past. I aint giving no more money to a corporation that hires people so blatantly disrespectful and insulting to a customer. I regret having spent thousands here.

Went to purchase a leaf blower today. I pressed.the call button and no one ever came. Finally flagged down a young man named Dalton. He pulled the leaf blower I wanted fron it's cage. He wanted to know what register I wanted to check out at and I told him wherever he pointed me to. We went to customer returns and Liz rang me up. The price was $299 on the website and rang up $399. I showed them my phone and Liz had someone override the price for me. I want to put a shout out for the two employees, Dalton and Liz. Thank you for your help. You both helped when I needed it.

It took 1.5 hrs to get one item, it was in top stock as always. One gallon of roof sealer. I tried to find someone to get it down and they all ignored me. So I found a ladder and got it down myself. After that it still took me 20 minutes or more to check out at the contractor desk. This is pathetic!

By far the worst customer service I have ever had at Lowe’s. The assistant manager Jeff was useless. I was lied to about being able to pick up my $3,800 zero turn lawn mower by an associate named Avery. Drove 45 minutes out of my way after being told that I could change my delivery to a pick up since I was never informed that the delivery truck had broken down. Jeff was rude and had no idea how to do the change so he told me I had to either cancel the order and pay again or to wait until they are able to deliver the lawn mower. I had already been waiting for 6 days for this delivery. It has costed me my time, money and gas all due to Jeff not knowing how to do his job properly. I have already filed a complaint against him. I do not recommend this store if Jeff is working that day. Lowe’s corporate was very helpful in getting the complaint sent in and myself compensated for the incident
