Stood at the paint counter for over ten minutes to place a paint order and no one came to help. I stood within eye sight of the worker in the paint section on a ladder the entire time. She made eye contact with me several times, but just returned to look inside a box or text on her phone on the ladder. I was also standing right in front of the customer service desk, where the employees just stood talking to each other instead of providing any type of service. Lowe’s is fine if you know what you need, but don’t expect any sort of help or customer service.

My husband and daughter went there today on June 11 of 2026 about 5:15 PM talk to the guy in appliance and then I'll call the lady upfront and she did announcement on the PA and my daughter heard it and I call back talk to the manager . She was the lady manager. She said she didn't hear the girl upfront to make an announcement on the PA and my husband and my daughter waited 30 minutes in the back where they sell the turf outdoor carpet and when I call them back still nobody came to help them out after I talked to the lady manager, that is a shame when Lowe's is a big store so , I told him to get up and leave because, we do spend a lot of money in there. So If I have to put one star on it I would give him zero stars because, this is a shame for them to treat your customers this way!!!! This is Lowes on Off Good Middling Rd Fay NC

I dont know why but lowes has the rudest employees ever.... my mom went to pick up a order (mind you shes 58 years old) and one of the employees named molly told her "they was not gonna help her load the order and to do it herself" i couldn't believe it we tried calling customer support but we got hung up on by them.. worst store in existence🚮. Never go to good middling drive

I had a terrible experience when I went to pick up a heavy load for a lowes customer. I was told by Molly and her manager Beauthine that it is not their policy to help load. That i have to load myself. And no help was given......and then today I call the number they leave on our review when they are negative...and and a negative experience because the person who answered was clueless 🙈 😕 and not helpful at all....I am now even more frustrated with how lousy lowes treats the customer...
