  I have been doing business with Lowe's for the last 6 years since I moved to North Carolina I spend roughly $80,000 a year and yet I can't seem to get a delivery to go correctly. Ever since Lowe's took over a third party delivery service I have had more failed deliveries than I can count. I recently changed Lowe's stores from the Skibo road to the Raeford road in Fayetteville hoping that would change things however it did not. During my time working with Skibo road I had more failed deliveries than I can count. Last order was a delivery of 16 ft special order East Coast trim. Valued at just over $5,000. The first delivery came moldy the second delivery came but was driven over while sitting in the parking lot at Lowe's and even though the delivery driver said that I would not accept this order, the manager still placed it on the truck in hopes I would take it. The third delivery for this trim came and it was broken completely down the middle because someone failed to support it properly during the forklift transport. Again the delivery driver showed them the damage before leaving the store and was told take it anyways. I refuse that order as well. On the 4th and final delivery which was 6 weeks later I contacted the store manager Nate Potter to express my concerns he apologized for my job site being down for an entire month and offered to compensate me lost wages. I told him my lost wages exceeded more than he could probably arrange for a reimbursement therefore we arranged for future sales to be discounted above my already VSP discount. He particularly mentioned that his best wiggle room would be within flooring and cabinetry. I let him know I had a future kitchen coming up and would like to benefit from the savings. I made three purchases with the additional savings and then waited on any future purchases through his discount honor so that I could benefit from a discount on my kitchen cabinets. 3 weeks ago I reached out to Nate Potter to order kitchen cabinets with an additional discount for the inconvenience in which he told the kitchen cabinet specialist that I was working with that because my sales representative from the pro desk had left the store that he was no longer going to honor my discount. The cabinet specialist works out of a different Lowe's and felt bad that Nate would not honor his deal with me and spoke with his own manager who offered a 10% discount additional on top of the cabinets manufacturer discount which was very kind of him however I was expecting a a bit more wiggle room for a discount so I reach out to Nate Potter personally to have him honor our agreement he told me he could only give me a 10% discount and that that was the best he could do. I was speechless he was not giving me any more of a discount than any other Lowe's store that did not fail at delivery time after time after time. Therefore I have not purchase my kitchen. I'm going to home depot! Shame on you Nate for failing to honor our agreement

  thanks for coordinating the delivery now that the countertop and European minimalist cabinet Pairing them with the induction cooktop Ruth picked out makes the whole kitchen look next level. The flat seamless countertop looks incredible and super modern so thrilled with how it turned out. Thanks again for the fast and fantastic service.😀😀😀😀😀

  Nate, Your employee Robert Delpha is an excellent employee and salesperson. We were looking at flooring on Saturday evening 8/8/26 and he came over to the flooring area and asked if we wanted some help and we explained what our project is and he showed us some options. We went back to the store on Monday since Robert was working and bought materials for the stair project we will be doing. I wished all of your Fayetteville area stores had more employees like Robert!!

  Absolutely horrible curbside pickup. 30 minutes to get 2 rolls of wallpaper. Go buy from Walmart or Home Depot. Skip the headache. Never Again!!

  Today was the worst experience I have ever had going into Lowe’s. I made a purchase on a zero turn Ariens EDGE 52-in 21.5 -HP V-twin Gas Zero-turn riding lawn mower. Last week on Thursday and was told the mower couldn’t be delivered until Tuesday of the following week which I was fine with. Then they canceled my order changed the store location of where I was getting the delivery from. I called and got told this on the phone. When I went into the store to purchase the mower cash. Warren and 2 other associate as of Sunday July 26th at 1 pm I was told that they could not help me exchange and I also was told they could not give me a refund and proceed to ignore my concerns the manager pushed off the exchange to an associate as they proceeded to tell me I had to go to the hope mills location and they could not help me. So I went to hope mills and was told that skibo road location was the one who sourced the mower. Upon arrival the mower had issues from the start. It would not even crank when it arrived also it was not fully assembled which I had asked for them to have done before arrive I even paid extra for that. The two people that delivered told my dad that the mower wouldn’t start cause there is no gas in it. the mower won’t start. It didn’t even crank. There was no power being supplied but was told consistently the problem is no gas. Well we put gas in it and it still wouldn’t turn over or crack found a blown fuse on the main which was a 25 amp place an 20 amp tried to engage the PTO switch for the blades it blowed fuse immediately. So I put a bigger fuse in there thinking it’s undersized well I put a 30 in it and it blowed soon as I tried the PTO again. The mower has manufacture defects and I don’t think anyone should buy this mower there is to many issue with them and I do not recommend anyone to this location on skibo road. My experience was so horrible I felt so upset walking out of the store knowing I spent 4000$ on a mower that was delivered in not working conditions and no one helped me. I believe the name of the manager at this location was Warren he was an assistant manager. The skinny black woman did not wanna help either. Very unprofessional and I don’t believe anything will change at this location anytime soon. I honestly am considering not making anymore big purchases from Lowe’s due to how bad the service has been and the quality of product coming out of this location . I would rather take my business else where and pay more for less headache
