By far the worst customer service I have seen at a Lowes home improvement. You order online for pick up for expediency but the gentleman three people ahead of me had been waiting for 60 minutes for a pick up order from online. When I asked someone at customer service, could they assist the one person they had doing this (who was incredibly slow) they said they were not able to despite the fact they had zero customers. I asked another associate to call a Supervisor over with the intent of asking them could they assist. 15 minutes later, I just canceled the order and left since even a supervisor couldn’t come to assist. Last time I’ll be ordering at this Lowe’s.

Went to buy 12 ft lumber and wanted it cut. Was told their saw was broken. ? Drove 30 minutes there after I couldn't get anyone on the phone and the saw is broken? There are saws inside the building. Bring your own saw i guess

I asked 2 separate associates to call someone for help in tools. After paging 3 times, no one showed up. Multiple other associates walked past me while waiting in tools and completely ignored me. I cannot get any service at this store and definitely cannot physically buy tools. Never coming back. Worst service ever. 0 stars.

We have been waiting 30 minutes to get help with shelving. The service here I thought was getting better, I see why my husband avoids this location and has 4 3 years. The morning crew is better, but the evening employees are almost nonexistent. Well it's now been almost an hour. We weren't able to purchase the shelf, because no one in the store could operate the cutting machine or knew the code to turn it on. After standing for so long my husband had to leave because of medical condition. This is sad every manager should have standard knowledge 😔. Just like the employees we come to the store for a reason and some of your employees ABSOLUTELY MISS THE ASSIGNMENT. No one wants to spend hours doing something that should take at the most 30min. We are now enrout to Skibo road location for service.
