Very disappointing experience at the Lowe’s on Ramsey Street in Fayetteville. I went into the store around 9:30 this morning looking for screen track for porch screens. The Lowe’s app showed the items were in stock with high quantities listed and even gave the aisle locations, but when I got to the aisle the shelves were empty and nothing was on the top stock either. I asked multiple employees for help, and all they did was repeat the same thing I had already done by checking the aisle. Nobody checked the back, nobody tried another location, and nobody seemed interested in actually helping solve the problem. I waited close to two hours trying to get assistance while valuable work time was being lost. Eventually, the employee who was supposed to help finally showed up with Gail from the Pro Desk. After all that waiting, I was told the inventory counts may not have even been correct. The app showed large quantities in stock, but nobody could explain where the product actually was. I do want to recognize Gail at the Pro Desk because she was the only employee who seemed to genuinely try to help me and track someone down. Unfortunately, the overall customer service and response from the rest of the staff was extremely frustrating. In the end, I had to leave and drive across town to another Lowe’s just to get what I needed, wasting most of my morning and costing me work time and money. Customer service, inventory accuracy, and employee response time at this location seriously need improvement.

Ramsey street lowes has abysmal customer service. I asked a young girl for help finding a part for my mothers job and she tells me she cant help and that I need to go fo the customer service desk. Weird, as I've never had to go to the customer service desk for help to look for an item on a shelf, but okay. She walks me to the desk and calls for the assistant store manager Jeff. Now I'm thinkin, why would I need the asm to help me find an item on a shelf? Mind you, I knew what the item number was and what aisle it was supposed to be down, just couldn't find it. Regardless, after waiting about 5-10 minutes Jeff never showed so I walked back over to the counters and flooring section to ask a different person for help. There was a man and a woman and the woman seemed occupied so I asked the man which he did help but the woman took it upon herself to make a snarky comment about how it must be nice running errands for my husband. I don't know what year it is for y'all, but its 2026 for me and last time I checked women were allowed to shop in Lowes without it being for a man. I found it rather offensive and insensitive that she assumed my item was for a man and not just for me, a customer who happened to be a woman. I think this location needs a review on their customer service because at this rate I plan to avoid this lowes at all costs

generally clean and pleasant store, only thing that irks me is how they place one of the MOST COMMON size framing 2x4s next to the pro checkout. It’s always stacked extremely high. The only reason this is a problem is having to wait for the line to die down to pick through the 2x4s, since they stack the pile so high you will often have many spill out the rack where they keep them. so generally you have to wait a while otherwise you will drop a bunch of 2 x 4s on customers waiting in line. Makes no sense why they would put them there

We had such a great experience with Tristian at Lowe’s that we wanted to take a moment to say thank you. From the start, he went out of his way to offer help with moving heavy patio furniture, and his kindness didn’t stop there. He also helped check us out and made sure everything was loaded up for us with care. It’s not often you come across someone so genuinely helpful and attentive. Tristian made the whole process easy and enjoyable, and we truly appreciated his willingness to go above and beyond. We hope this message gets passed along to him, he deserves the recognition!
