- KSKevin SweeneyApr 29, 20261.0Ordered my furniture on the 16th. (Just about two weeks now) and still not here. Furniture was to be delivered today. Called to confirm furniture was going to be delivered today. I called at 2:13 to confirm and let them know to call my cell. (Which they said delivery will happen around 3 - 7.) at 4:29 the store calls me and says that they won’t be able to make it today and asked if I’m available tomorrow. I already moved all my furniture for the set up because they confirmed and had to push off my work to wait for them and skip missions. Then Tyler over the phone was rude and lying and creating all these excuses. I go to the store to get the corporate number and get into it with Tyler. Saying “you people are ridiculous” and calling me buddy after disrespecting me over the phone and in store. Anyone military or local to this store don’t even bother at this point. I will be filling a complaint with corporate and push it up on the military side to add it to a blacklist from Bragg.

I guess this is the new way to give “GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE” I have been in customer service for 20 plus years and never experienced a manager act like this. I guess Aaron’s is training them to get loud with customers and hang up on them. They delivered a dirty used mattress that was warped. They had just pulled off. All they had to do was turn back around and pick it up. They had just pulled off.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
