Buyer Beware!!! DO NOT USE THERE SAME DAY DELIVERY. I placed a same day delivery LAST SATURDAY.I was charged for said delivery. One of the items I purchased was not delivered. I have called the local store (multiple times), the third party delivery service they used (multiple times), and the 800 Customer Service (multiple times). All I get is the run around. Store takes for ever to answer and when told a manager would call me, they never do. The 3rd party delivery service keeps saying they will have a driver deliver it today, they never do. And Lowes Customer Service just gives me a case number and says they are investigating. I have the picture the delivery driver took, and you can clear see that I am missing the item I purchased. At this point I just want my money back, and I will be taking my business to Home Depot. Lowes does not care about their customers.

Order was missing an item when delivered, then after calling the store(on hold for 30 minutes l) and being told it was a third party delivery issue, called them. They then said that a redelivery would be done, and it never was. Store didn't even know if the rest of the order was there, so my question is how did they not know if an item was left...the item would be there if it was. Zero help at store level, zero help with the company they use to deliver, and no refund as of now. So yeah, not great customer service. Sad that no one really cares anymore...

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
