- RFRobert Feamster6 days ago1.0I am really disappointed in an ongoing order for a door and installation. After two months of waiting the door finally got delivered to Elizabeth Coty for the exterior door install to show up and work at my house. Well last Friday the installer claims that the door wasnt there for pick up and I got a call late in the day saying my appointment was canceled. After a few days of calling the installation coordinator at Lowe’s I get a text today saying they will do the job June 10. Are you kidding me? That’s over three months of waiting on a front door. I have never heard from the store on their error Friday and no one seems to really care about the follow up a month later.

The HVAC guy that is outsourced to walk around and ask you about hiring him is the only person looking for customers. You have about 3 employees who are older that want to help, one such employee called for help to our section a few times before calling the assistant manager who also didnt come help.

Oh and the charged me 34.95 for delivery that hasn't happend.(update manager gave me a 15% discount and refunded the delivery fee. Pretty happy with the out come.
- BGB GApr 16, 20261.0Absolutely ABSURD! Thursday morning in mid April. An acre of mulch inventory on the property, and NO brown mulch available that is advertised on sale. Same annual sale every year. They offered to substitute a smaller product for the same price… This is a product inventory joke on us. Lines in gardening to check out are extremely long and slow. A wasted 45 minute drive!

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
