  I’ve visited this World Market multiple times, and Alyssa at the register is always so kind and welcoming. She’s very talkative in the best way and makes customers feel comfortable and appreciated. She helped me sign up for the rewards program, and every time I’m there I hear her consistently encouraging customers to sign up for the awards points too. You can tell she really cares about her job and gives great customer service. This location is always clean, organized, and nicely presented. I love shopping here because there are so many cute finds every time I visit. Keep shining, Alyssa!

  I've been coming here for years and usually have a delightful experience. A few weeks ago I came in and had Mr Mertice as a cashier. He is so adamant about using the app for coupons and discounts that I saved a fair amount on my purchases. I truly appreciate his knowledge and his devotion for customers saving, it definitely made me want to continue shopping here. Truly refreshing in a world that seems almost predatory towards having customers spend more.

  Thursday me and my mother went here to look for some things, spending the day together. When we went up to the register to checkout around 4:28 or so, we asked the guy at checkout nicely if we could have our stuff in separate bags and that it would be paid on one transaction before he started, we even separated our stuff on the counter for him to make it easier …. He then says “help on line…. It’s like Christmas again” with only 2 people behind us. I just believe he could’ve been a little more nicer and not add that comment and say it the way he did like it bothered him. Me and my mother don’t live together so we always have our stuff bagged separately and we know a lot of other people do the same thing too.
