Whether it's a telescoping cleaning pole (so I can dust my ceilings and walls while I Dance Dance Revolution around the house), an indoor recycling bin, light bulbs of every size and brightness, or lucky bamboo, it's certain to be here and available.

Wallace in Appliances was absolutely awesome! We had been searching for a new washer and dryer for weeks and just couldn’t make a decision. We explained the features we were looking for, as well as the ones we definitely didn’t want, and Wallace was incredibly helpful. He was extremely knowledgeable, answered all of our many questions, and never tried to steer us toward something we didn’t want. He made the entire process so easy and stress-free. He was friendly, patient, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. And the delivery was incredibly fast! We purchased our washer and dryer on Sunday, and they’re already being delivered today.
If you’re shopping for appliances, I highly recommend asking for Wallace. He made what had been a stressful process so much easier, and we really enjoyed working with him!

I recently purchased an office and have been doing small projects to update it. So I have been in and out of this store over the past 6 months quite frequently. This morning I want to give a shout out to Ray, a sweet younger guy who saw me I the parking lot trying to figure how to fit a massive piece of drywall into my car, and without hesitation offered to help me. That went so much smoother with some help!! Everytime I go, I always have plenty of employees ask if I need help, the store is clean, and its easy to navigate.

You only have 30 days to return defective merchandise at this store, even if purchased with a Lowes credit card. I checked with corporate, it should be 90 days, but this store sets it for 30 days and cannot be overriden. This is not disclosed anywhere in the store, website, or on the receipt.
Update 8/18/26: Called Lowes again at the request from the response from owner below. The product is classified as paint by Lowes and therefore will not be returned, even though it is not paint (concrete sealer). The Lowes AI chatbot does not classify this as paint, either. The return has been refused.
