Nothing is where it should be, the things I need to look at are behind glass, and the employees are more concerned with the massive clothing department taking up space in the middle of the store. You're not macy's, you're a blue home depot. Organize the tools and hardware instead of folding t-shirts. Oh yeah, all the crap in the middle of the lanes makes it so people have to keep their carts really really close to the ends of the isles and they can't see people stepping out of the isles and vice versa. It's a super basic problem that can be easily solved by not clogging the lanes with useless crap.

Do not buy custom blinds at Lowe's and be wary of all special order sales. I purchased two custom blinds from them recently. They had an installer at my house literally within two business days to measure. I was told that most installations are complete within a week. I ordered and paid for the blinds. Lowe's would not let me schedule the installation until the blinds were physically delivered. My blinds arrived today. I called called within minutes of the delivery and was subsequently told the first availability for installation is one month away. We live in a 1200 square foot apartment. We now have have a twelve foot long box laying in the middle of our apartment that we will apparently have to live with for a month. Once I had paid for this order, any semblance of customer service STOPPED upon purchase. The person helping me stopped replying to email or returning calls. Once Lowe's has you on the hook, they will leave you hanging in the wind. I tried calling Lowe's corporation and received no assistance. I would just install the blinds myself and demand a refund but was told that would void all warranties. I'm tempted (and still may) to take these blinds to Lowe's, drop them on the customer service counter and demand a refund.
