- JCJohn ColeyMay 10, 20264.0One who may be seeking to purchase a riding lawn mower would reasonably expect to receive an owners manual that wasn't completely soaked but rather have one thats not molded and soaking wet...When one purchases a new auto, would it be a reasonable request since the riding lawn mower cost me roughly $3500.00 customer service sucks! You can do better than this! Or...should the need arises moving forward, it will be at competitor's that I spend this amount of $ and yet no usable owners manual!

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
