  I have no complaints with the in-store Durham staff. Kedarius and Colton have always gone way out of their way to be helpful and professional, but recently they have been overwhelmed by the lack of support from corporate. They have left the Durham store chronically understaffed because the store manager has to be out in the field doing service calls, and corporate either can’t or won’t hire someone to keep the store open during their so-called business hours. Recently when I have gone for a water test or to buy supplies, the doors have often been locked when they should be open. Now I have to call ahead to make sure someone is there, and I find this totally unacceptable I bought my hot tub ten years ago from Barbara and Greg, the original owners of B&G. I bought from them because 1) they were down the street from my house and 2) because their reputation for quality reliable service was impeccable. They always lived up to their reputation . Sadly this has not been the case with either the people who bought the business from them or from Lake Norman since they took over. Service after the sale is what is most important to me. Based on my recent experience, I would not feel comfortable purchasing a hot tub from Lake Norman, nor could I recommend them to others.

  I had a very tricky repair to my hot tub but Coleton figured it out! They had to order a replacement part but after two visits we’re back in business. I highly recommend Lake Norman Pools and Spas.

  Rain or shine the guys have been here every week keeping the pool clean and water balanced. This week they will come twice due to hard rains causing overflow. Last month they came out same day to replace a leaking sand filter cap. They handle all your pool needs.

  Lake Norman Pool and Spa is terrific. I get my water tested there a couple times a month. The young man who works the counter is super helpful and always upbeat. They always have the supplies I need!!
