  I’m very happy with my decision to use Budget Blinds. The in-home consultation was an easy way to help with options. The turn-around time was quicker than expected, and my indoor window shutters were delivered today. The installers were very professional and conscientious (I especially appreciated that upon arrival, they asked about my thoughts on their wearing their outside shoes in my home). The installation went quickly; was handled with care and dedication. Shout out to Blaise, Ivan, and Roman!

  We had a fantastic experience with the Budget Blinds team that installed a sunshade on our deck pergola. From the initial consultation (Nick Dentel) to the final installation (Blaise & David) they were professional, knowledgeable, and paid close attention to every detail. The workmanship is excellent, and the finished product has completely transformed our outdoor space. The installers arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left everything clean when they were finished. They answered all of our questions and made sure we were completely satisfied before they left. We couldn’t be happier with the quality of the installation and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to enhance their outdoor living area. Five stars!

  Very pleased with service and product. Office staff pleasant, helpful, responsive to questions. Design Consultant Nick Dentel did a great job helping guide us to best options for our newly built home in Durham. We appreciate the advice and guidance he provided in selecting style, color, etc. We can already tell the difference in keeping sun and heat out. When we inquired about an issue with a few wider/taller windows that we couldn't reach the side tabs/handles for easy raising/lowering, the team offered a solution and came out promptly to add additional tab/handles to help.

  Mark Fitzpatrick came to our home and showed us a sample of exactly what we would be purchasing. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient, and we were extremely happy with his price as well. We purchased a motorized shade with a remote for a sliding glass door, and cordless wood blinds for all the windows in the home. Definitely 5 🌟 Stars!

  I'm glad others had positive experiences with Budget Blinds. I had a very negative experience with Budget Blinds and am sorry I spent thousands of dollars on window coverings I don't like. The interior shutters are custom made, so one would think they would fit perfectly, but they don't I have seen lots of interior shutters. They all seem to have a consistent frames around the louvers (about 1.5 to 2 inches). The shutters I got have an extremely wide rail at the bottom (about 4.5 inches) and a pretty wide rail at the top. The bottom rail blocks a lot of sunlight. They could have put in another louver instead of those wide rails. Under the bottom rail there is a very noticeable light gap of about a quarter inch. The light gap is bothersome for me. The gap isn't consistent on one of the windows, going from a quarter inch to almost no light gap. It looks lopsided. The tilt rod is split, so you can close part of the shade. Unfortunately, sometimes one piece will tilt to the right and the other will tilt to left. The other part of my order was blinds. When they were originally delivered four were too short and one didn't work. The person who schedules installations, the installers, and the customer service representative were all very nice and easy to work with. The sales consultant came in with just a tablet computer, no brochures or ring binders with good pictures and no samples of materials. I regret buying from Budget Blinds.
