When I specifically let them know that I’m going to be late with my payment, they claim to put a Note on my account stating this, but the representative will still constantly call, they Don’t have No Communication between each other in the store or they just don’t care about customers letting them know that they are going to be late I Wouldn’t Recommend them to Anyone!!!! If you want to get furniture or appliances Don’t bother getting it from Aaron’s in the Village in Durham Go to Rent a Center instead!!!!! Respectfully from Vanessa Parker

- SRSundra RegisOct 1, 20192.0I am not satisfied I'm very disappointed in Aarons I'm always getting things from them my stove broke down it took them two weeks to come out here to see what was wrong with it they really didn't see what was wrong with it they just took it away and brung some old stove out here this stove on had for the last two weeks I haven't heard from Aaron or anything I'm very disappointed at them but when the bill is due they quick to call you I'm still paying for the old stove haven't heard it's a stove is replaceable or not I think I will not be getting anything else for Aaron's and I forgot I kept calling the store one to talk to some we kept saying I have to call back to talk to the manager the manager didn't call me until about three or four days and I was still without a stove it cost a lot of money to try to eat at the house I'm not a out going person to be eating out all the time at fast food so that was money that was cost me a lot and then when he did call me he going to tell me he's going to take 2 weeks before he even get out to my house no I don't think that I will be getting anything else from them I'm very disappointed and not pleased with it

When I asked why I was being denied since Ive never had any issues with aarons he simply stated "We just arent going to rent to you". He couldnt give me a solid reason. The staff is just as rude. I did my application online for a deal that was going on and when I call actual customer service they have approved my application but Bob doesnt want to deliver to me and I am in their district area. For all I know, it could be because my skin is black. Im very disappointed with aarons and the service. Im currently renting from rent a center with no problem and wanted to switch to aarons for a better deal but with everything that happened with this whole process ID RATHER STICK TO RENT A CENTER AND PAY MORE JUST BECAUSE THEY ARE NICER. IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
