Everytime I come here to get a box of subfloor glue, someone already cut the box completely open. I buy them by the box. How am I supposed to transport 12 individual 28oz bottles without the box?? It's just dumb. I understand they need to make it obvious that a customer could buy a single bottle and not have to buy the box, but to cut all the boxes open, then cut the sides of the box off to put them all on display is crazy.
I know the pic of the 28oz bottles only shows 3 bottles, but it was because I just bought the box that had 12. And everytime I come here, they'll have maybe 3 or 4, 12 pack boxes, and they're all cut open and on display.
Maybe just make sure one's cut open and on display for customer's only buying a few, and leave all the other boxes alone until the single units on display are used up. If you want to cut the other boxes open, just cut the top of the box off, not 2/3 of the damn box.

I had to come write a review because of the amazing customer service I got from Thomas in the plumbing aisle. I went in looking for faucet connectors/extenders but had no idea what I was actually doing. Thomas completely owned the problem, walked me through everything, and helped me find what I needed.I went home and tried to fix it but it was a little loose, so I had to go back to the store. Luckily Thomas was there again. Even though he was helping someone else, he noticed me and asked how it went. When I told him it was loose, he immediately figured out the issue and swapped out the part for the right one.Seriously, I didn't know people this helpful still existed at big stores like Lowe's. He went above and beyond twice in one day.
Huge thanks to Thomas!

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
