I’m always marvelling whenever I’m at a Lowe’s. It’s the epitome of capitalism done right—good prices for quality products, and so much variety with the panoply of product varieties filling aisle after aisle. This Lowe’s in Concord north of Charlotte was no exception. We saw many varieties of vacuum cleaners, chandeliers, appliances(refrigerators, dishwashers, washers, dryers and more), cleaning supplies, paints, lighting and ceiling fans and more. The organisation of these products was pretty neatly done. We especially liked the wide variety of plants sourced from local vendors, and the back aisles where we found some pretty good deals. The staff were respectful and friendly. There is a lot of parking available outside. Overall, we really liked visiting here, and highly recommend it!

Sydney at returns has absolutely the WORST customer service and should be put in the back of the store loading shelves matead of talking to customers. No knowledge of what she was looking at but argumentative and then tried to tell me the head cashier was the manager. Lazy and mouthy telling E to go to a different store to make a return because she didn’t want or didn’t know how to do her job.

Never experienced anything like this before. There’s a hot dog vendor right outside the exit who was extremely racist and disrespectful. Just a heads up for anyone coming through.

I had a great experience at the Lowe’s Lawn & Garden section! The staff member, Caleb B. was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and actually took his time to answer all my questions without rushing me. Everything was well-organized and easy to find, and the plant selection looked healthy and well cared for. I’ll definitely be coming back for all my lawn and garden needs!

Lowe’s made a terrible decision switching their credit card from American Express to Synchrony Bank, and the customer experience has gone downhill fast. All my transaction history from American Express is gone, and Synchrony doesn’t even have the data available yet. This leaves customers without access to their own financial records—completely unacceptable, especially for anyone using it for business or tracking expenses. On top of that, the support is a huge downgrade. American Express had fast, reliable chat support. Synchrony has no chat, and their phone support means sitting on hold forever with little help. I’ve been a MyLowe’s Platinum member for years, but this change alone is enough to make me reconsider shopping here. It feels like Lowe’s cut costs at the expense of its customers. I’ll be taking my business to Home Depot—and I’m sure I won’t be the only one. Screenshot is image of me on hold with synchrony for 40 plus minutes
