- LLLala6 days ago1.0I had Becky come out to design custom closets and storage. She was nice on the phone but when she arrived she refused to do a full quote; based on my stated ‘budget’, instead she pushed for a lesser expensive option which wasn’t so dissimilar to what we already had installed and wanted to remove. She gave me a vague ballpark without a real time quote and said she’d send the quote and didn’t follow up. She had no idea what we actually wanted. She treated us like we couldn’t afford it, and was dismissive. I later spoke to others in our community and heard from many they received the same treatment from this designer. I hired another company we spent $23, 000 on 4 closet.

Needed to go to the restroom only to be told it was “out of order.” Asked if I could use the men’s, nope it was “out of order also.” Told I had to go inside the mall. Never been in the mall, no idea where they were located. Was told to ask a mall employee. Two weeks before Christmas, on a Saturday and both restrooms were inoperable… yea, I don’t think so. Next time I’ll drive to Atlanta or order online. Ridiculous.

The staff has always been extra kind and helpful whether it’s over the phone, in person, or picking up an order. Truly love any excuse to walk around and browse.
