He kept me well informed about the work, made it easy to understand what the problem was and what he thought needed to be done. He got the oven fixed and left a clean kitchen. It was a delight having him do the job.

We had to order a part, which arrived the next day and we were able to have Vladyslav come back the following day to finish the repair. Quick,easy and fair price. Would definitely recommend!
- SSSJun 22, 20261.0Horrible experience with this company. I asked them to come check my refrigerator, washer and dryer. Guy came out and he moved my refrigerator out and didn’t put the proper sliders on my NEW HARDWOOD floors and left deep scratches in my floors. His temperature thing for the fridge wasn’t working properly either which was giving inaccurate readings. He took my washer and dryer apart and again scratched the outside of my dryer AND left with part of my dryer. Another technician came tonight and had no idea what he was doing either and then was laughing with someone on the phone because I was upset that he didn’t know what he was supposed to do. I was told a manager would call and of course no one called. There’s no way these ratings are real. There is no professionalism with this company and I still have appliance that are now not usable AND a brand new floor that is destroyed. Definitely will be reporting them to the AG and BBB if they do not reimburse me for the floor repair. I would steer clear of this company unless you want a living nightmare.
