  My dryer had been making a loud noise for a few days. The technician who can out to fix it, Sam, was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the issue quickly. I tried calling multiple companies before speaking with Elina who was very courteous and professional and scheduled the appointment same day. I will definitely use their service in the future if needed.

  My dryer died late on a Friday afternoon. I scrambled to find someone to fix it. Scheduled an appointment at 5 pm, and Bohdan was here at 10 am on Saturday morning. (Their scheduling communication was top notch!) Pleasant, professional, and worked quickly to diagnose the problem. Ordered the parts and was back on Tuesday to complete the repair. Could not have had a better service experience. Highly recommend using this company!

  The Smart Fix organization is well coordinated from start to finish. I set up my appointment on line and described my issue. They contacted me very quickly and everything was set to go for the diagnostic visit. The next morning they texted me letting me know the tech was on his way and even provided his name and a picture. Rodion Poliakov arrived as scheduled and got right to work. He ran the diagnostics and listened to the noise and knew the drain pump needed to be replaced. Luckily he had one for my washer on his vehicle and I released him to do the repair work immediately. He worked quickly and accurately and was able to complete the repair and retesting in about an hour. The whole experience was exceptional. You could tell that Rodion was well trained and very experienced. My thanks to Smart Fix and Rodion for a job well done and I will certainly be calling them in the future if I have any appliance repair needs.

  SmartFix appliance repair provided excellent service. Sergei Proshin arrived exactly within the time frame I was quoted to diagnos my washing machine that was stopping on the spin cycle as the drum would hit the sides of the washer violently due to a damaged suspension spring. He explained in detail why this was happening and what caused it. He then told me they would need to order the replacement part and would be back in two days to repair it. And that exactly what he did. He also answered questions I had about possibly getring a front load washer which tremendously helped me make the decision to switch or not. Needless to say, I decided to stay with my top loading washer because he explained how much more it would cost to fix a front loader washer. Sergei was very professional and had a great personality. My washer was fixed within the hour after he returned with the parts needed. I am extremely satisfied with his work and the very affordable price to fix the washing machine. Thank you SmartFix and Sergei. Keep up the great work and work ethic. I absolutely recommend SmartFix for any appliance repair before just going to get a new one.

  After fighting with GE to get the replacement motor because GE kept messing up, I finally got it yesterday and Nikolay came out today, put it on and was in and out super quickly! Amazing service! I will definitely be using you guys again if I need future services! 10/10 service, kindness, clear discussions about what was happening, easy to schedule, well priced and he left the room exactly as he found it! No mess left behind! Thank you so much! -------- Nikolay came out today. He is one of the guys that knows about 2 in 1 washer dryer combos(Remember; 2 in 1 machines are newer and very complicated). He was super nice when he came over, followed my call/text and no knock request, personable, knowledgeable, kind, and knows his stuff! I showed him a video I took so he could hear the noise it was making and he said it sounds like it could be the bearing and even showed me the parts diagram on how the machine worked which was cool! He opened up my machine and played around in there for just a few minutes and came to let me know excellent news! It wasn't the bearing after all(my husband had me listen to YouTube videos and it definitely sounded like the bearing to us)! It was the motor, which is cheaper to replace but then HE called GE and found out it was actually under warranty!!! I am THRILLED to say the least! The whole team is wonderful to work with, sweet, kind and they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with the whole process, cost and they will be back once GE sends me a new motor! -ORIGINAL REVIEW AT 4 STARS- Sergei was super nice but because I have a 2 in 1 and the booking person likely isn't also doing repairs so doesn't know, these machines are new and don't come up often, he was unable to give repair pricing because the parts aren't available in their ordering system so he had to make calls to check on pricing, which I still haven't gotten, and was letting me know the repair could be upwards of $1400 for a bearing because of the labor that goes into it. He should be paid appropriately, I am NOT arguing that at all. But maybe the company needs to do some training on newer systems or at least tell the booking staff they aren't proficient in these machines so they don't book them rather than booking just to take the casing off the outside of the machine for $75. Again, the booking person NOR the tech are at fault here. Its just a newer style of machine that needs to be brought up in their trainings. I'm sure this company could do a good job if the techs were knowledgeable on the newer 2 in 1 machines
