I really hate to leave such a negative review for this Lowe's location since we had multiple positive experiences there in the past and even today had several very nice, helpful Lowe's team members help us. However, the checkout experience was a disaster. Despite all the sale prices for the Memorial Day weekend and the extra number of employees floating around, there was a bottleneck at the self-checkout counters with nobody there to assist. I wasn't feeling well and didn't want to use self-checkout, so we went over to Customer Service. There had been a half-dozen Lowe's employees at Customer Service earlier, but when we got there it was just one (Leslie), with no returns or customers in sight. We asked if she could ring us up, but she hardly answered, hardly provided any eye contact, saying "I'm with a customer." I pressed the point and told her I was a customer too, wasn't feeling well, and just needed to check out. Leslie got increasingly snarky, and after a few minutes I asked for her to call a manager. She said "Go ahead, be my guest!" and smirked at us, apparently confident that there would be no management repercussions for her. No manager showed up, and I don't believe she actually called one. 10 minutes went by and finally another, kinder, less belligerent employee (Nyla) showed up and rang us up. Finally, since obviously no manager was coming, I went to find one. I spoke with one halfway across the store who at least listened to our story, but in my wife's opinion looked like she didn't believe us. Incredulously, she asked "Leslie?" as though this was their star Customer Service representative and that she couldn't believe that she would be guilty of anything. The issue was mainly about the disrespectful body language, tone of voice, and daring us to complain, while obviously feeling smug and smirking at us. This shows me that Leslie isn't the only problem at this store - there is a serious management issue. We have other Lowe's locations we can drive to - as well as Home Depot and even Blackhawk Hardware, where I've never experienced anything like this.

Here I go again! Joe Bauman is top dawg! The very next day my husband and I came back to buy the washer and dryer he recommended. We wanted to sleep on it and do a little more research and he didn’t push us to make any same day purchase unless we were for sure! He asked all the right questions that helped narrow down which set will be best for our lifestyle and our homes capabilities. Marvin Ellison, give this man a raise! Customers will literally wait for him to help them. I asked one customer who saw Joe helping us and was waiting for Joe, I asked if he knew Joe and he said yes I always go to Joe for help! Joe is such a good energy and all his coworkers seem to love him and all work together as a team. Love coming to see Joe and the crew. As new homeowners, we seem to be here a lot. Also the bacon that was being cooked at the entrance was amazing!!!!

My experience with this store specifically has been horrible. I ordered a fence in January. My HOA didn't approve the fence, and I was due a refund of about $2000 or more. No one would resolve the issue, the associate who sold me the fence ignored several email messages from me. Today I finally got a refund for $1900 which it's probably supposed to be more, but at this point I am over it. In addition, I noticed there was an additional $166 a month on my Lowes card that I did not agree to. I agreed to the 1-year promotion of interest free with intentions of paying it off and I will. They added a protection plan unbeknown to me that was $166 a month. I don't need a protection plan; I am a veteran and 100 percent disabled and retired...I have monthly income. I still wanted to believe in this store, so I went on April 26th to order a table set to be delivered on May 4th. I took off of work only to get a call that delivery would not happen because the chairs were not put together. Only to find out the table was backordered. I was told I would get a call on Tuesday, May 5th of how long the table was backordered. I didn't get a call back, so I cancelled and requested a refund on Friday May 8th. Daniel the associate who came to my house not once responded to an email regarding my fence installation that was installed wrong by the way. He called once in March and I didn't hear back. Yet I was paying for a fence that was never installed until March 31st. the contractor and Lowes couldn't get on the same page. My experience this year with this location has been a nightmare, with the exception of the guy who called and checked in. They would not even let me cancel and I got a warning from the county due to them. In addition, the fence was installed incorrectly.
I personally wouldn't return to this store again. The customer service for fence installation and patio table delivery was bottom of the barrel.
