    Joe Bauman is the man! My husband and I are first time home owners and getting to know Joe has brought a sense of relief knowing we have someone to go to with all the gazillion house questions. He helped us pick out our first lawn mover, he demonstrated how it works and the benefits and how to maintain it. He helped us load it up. Ask for Joe when you go to Lowe’s! He goes above and beyond.

    My experience with this store specifically has been horrible. I ordered a fence in January. My HOA didn't approve the fence, and I was due a refund of about $2000 or more. No one would resolve the issue, the associate who sold me the fence ignored several email messages from me. Today I finally got a refund for $1900 which it's probably supposed to be more, but at this point I am over it. In addition, I noticed there was an additional $166 a month on my Lowes card that I did not agree to. I agreed to the 1-year promotion of interest free with intentions of paying it off and I will. They added a protection plan unbeknown to me that was $166 a month. I don't need a protection plan; I am a veteran and 100 percent disabled and retired...I have monthly income. I still wanted to believe in this store, so I went on April 26th to order a table set to be delivered on May 4th. I took off of work only to get a call that delivery would not happen because the chairs were not put together. Only to find out the table was backordered. I was told I would get a call on Tuesday, May 5th of how long the table was backordered. I didn't get a call back, so I cancelled and requested a refund on Friday May 8th. Daniel the associate who came to my house not once responded to an email regarding my fence installation that was installed wrong by the way. He called once in March and I didn't hear back. Yet I was paying for a fence that was never installed until March 31st. the contractor and Lowes couldn't get on the same page. My experience this year with this location has been a nightmare, with the exception of the guy who called and checked in. They would not even let me cancel and I got a warning from the county due to them. In addition, the fence was installed incorrectly. I personally wouldn't return to this store again. The customer service for fence installation and patio table delivery was bottom of the barrel.

    My friend and I were looking all over the store for a product that several workers sent us in the wrong direction and then couldn't find the item themselves. If an item is not in stock or in a store..state that it is out of stock or maybe at another store. Maybe it is on Amazon. We are trying to give Lowe's business here.

    I had a very disappointing experience with an ASM manager named Stephanie at Lowe’s. I came in to exchange a pressure washer, something I’ve done multiple times over the years without any issues. I also purchased protection for the product specifically for situations like this. Instead of being helpful, Stephanie had a very rude and dismissive attitude from the start. She questioned how I use my equipment and insisted that using it for anything beyond “residential use” was not allowed, which felt more like a personal opinion than actual customer support. What really crossed the line was her calling the warranty department in front of me in an attempt to report that I use my pressure washer commercially, seemingly trying to get my warranty voided. That felt completely unnecessary and unprofessional. I’ve been a customer for years and have never had an issue like this before. This interaction alone has made me reconsider returning to this location. Customer service should be about helping, not creating problems for loyal customers.
