BY FAR, the worst lowes in the Charlotte area. Home depot is 3 minutes away. Refrain from this location at all cost.
I have now placed multiple order that claim to be ready for pick-up within a 2 hour window. I show up anywhere from 4 - 12hrs from my pick-up time and EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. They act shocked and curse thw person before them for not doing it.
EVERYONE AT THE STORE JUST PASSES BLAME ALONG.
Very poor management and staffing in general.

I went there on Saturday to rent a trailer as I always do from several locations. Upon arrival, the representative in tool rentals told me I need a drivers license proof of insurance and a copy of my registration. I asked him specifically if this a new policy since I’ve never been asked for my vehicle registration he said this is always the policy and said different locations do different things. I showed him the Official Lowes website stating registration was not needed. I have several work vehicles and I keep all my documentation. in the vehicle that I did not have that day. I did however, have my drivers license in my proof of insurance. I went to the parking lot and called the Lowes corporate line to speak with a representative and she even told me that that wasn’t requirement you did not need registration at that point I came back to speak to a manager. The person in Customer Service called the manager. She never came upfront. After 10 minutes. I went and found her over in lumber, watching the young children do crafts. I introduced myself and stuck my hand out to shake her hand. She seemed reluctant to shake my hand. It was kind of odd. I explained my situation and she said well that representative knows what he’s talking about. She then texted the tool manager that wasn’t there yet at 1 PM and he sent a text said that the registration was a requirement. The interaction was cold and the management team at this location seems not to care about customer concerns. as a small business owner, I will only use this location if necessary I would suggest going to another Lowes or using Home Depot. I don’t know if it’s a discrimination issue or they just don’t care about their customers.

Whoever the 2 ladies working the customer service desk on 8/7/2026 at 7am need to revisit some training.
Brought a steam cleaner to the customer service desk to ask about whether a price match to Target could be made. Target was next door but wasn’t not open for another hour.
I was flat out told, “no.” Meanwhile, they are standing in front of a huge sign that says “We Wont Be Beat on Price.”

I am a woman just getting off work needing to get some 6 by 2 and all 4 ft long and this one young man came to my rescue and found me 20 but they were all to high for me to ever reach and he didn't just leave when we found them he stayed with me and got what he needed to get them down for me and he put them in my cart. I didn't think I would see him again after that but after I paid for the things in my cart he came with me and put them in my vehicle. I sure do hope Lowe's knows how special the employees are and making sure they all know that. I wish I could remember his name but he is truly an amazing person to take the time to help me through my complete shopping experience from finding the items and asking sure I everything was loaded into my car.
