I called before going asking if there were someone to assist with blinds.....After getting there no one ask if we needed help and yes I press help button. Please note several workers pass us and I ask one worker if she could help no response. Not my Lowe's..... I will go to Clover or Fort Mill location. We were there over hour too!!!!!

I applied for the Lowe's credit card on Friday, June 5, 2026. The person who opened my account told me I would get a big discount on my first purchase, and that it didn't matter if the physical card hadn't arrived in the mail yet. I went back the next day, Saturday the 6th, in the evening. Patrick, who was at the register, seemed like he just wanted to go home; I was trying to figure out how to use the Lowe's app to pay, but he wasn't willing to help me. He didn't even give me the first-purchase discount. The store was empty—there were no customers behind me—but when I asked about the discount I’d been promised the day I opened the account, he said there was nothing he could do. He seemed annoyed and unwilling to assist. I felt uncomfortable around him; it was as if I were asking for something for free, and he was clearly irritated. Thanks to Lowe's for the $12,000 credit line, but I am not willing to spend my money at this store with employees like that.
