The young lady at the service desk was very polite and respectful, the guy she called to get approval for my $60 return just didn’t care.
My question to Lowe’s is: Was it worth it?
Because you refused my unopened return because it was past your 60day policy I went to Home Depot and purchased from them instead a $2600 refrigerator, $456 in light fixtures, and $300 in drywall and drywall supplies. All of which I was planning on spending at your store because I had loyalty to you.

Worst delivery experience ever and ive never had a delivery from lowes that was the complete order or something was broken like clearly broken and they delivered it anyway ..the delivery from this store im particular was for sand and pavers and I haver an extremely tight deadline for a public event and they did not deliver my sand on thursday and said it wouod be tbere Friday still no delivery today is Sunday no delivery and now my all say delivery monday June 1st so not only have I paid my crew to drive uo from south carolina they have been unable to work for 3 entire days not ive made atleast 20 calls to the store all together . This is pathetic how does a company of this magnitude mess uo this bad this many times back to back,im currently on hold from the automated system to speak with anyone at all to confirm my delivery us ready for tomorrow....its been 29 mins and counting and its just ringing and ringing ....what is happening to my favorite store ..is it ceo cutting budgets cuz if so bad move ..I can only imagine people that have full flat beds of orders when they cant even delivery an order that says 3 pallets pallet 1 of 3 pallet 2 of 3 and then u just get in the trucj and leave then again when u get to the delivery site u look at it again 1 of 3 2of 3 does ur brain not say wait a minute where's the 3of 3 ....?!?!?!
And to make it even better the picture of the delivery confirmation wasnt even of the pallets it was of tbe front of the house ..the pallets were in the back .
