There is a flock camera at the entrance!
I spoke with a manager who shared that he was not aware of the installation.
I am not coming back to this Lowes or any other Lowes with these cameras.
This is a absolute invasion of all of our privacy!
Everyone at this Lowes is wonderful.
But I have to protect myself and safety.

I tried to go to a Lowe’s craftsman event recently and called ahead of time to check the start time. Steve at the front desk told me it started at 8am. I asked him to confirm, which he said he did. I showed up at 8am and learned it started at 10am. I couldn’t wait 2 hours so went to the front desk and talked to Steve who didn’t offer an apology or anything to make the situation right. I contacted customer support and left my information to be contacted and their reply was “Your concerns regarding the communication breakdown and the impact it had on your visit have been documented and will be shared with the appropriate leadership team for internal review.”
Overall disappointing customer experience at this location.

Intelligence on a whole different level!
Blaine helped me find exactly what I needed near the plumbing department not just once, but twice! and each time he went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. His patience, knowledge, kindness, and genuine willingness to help really stood out to me ALOT! And I’m sorry it took me this long to make this review Blaine but I told you I was gonna do it lol.
What impressed me most is the dedication and determination he had. He continued to go above and beyond and outshine many others through his work ethic that I’ve ever seen, and commitment to helping customers. I legit watched him after he helped me and that kind of perseverance and excellence deserves to be recognized!! GO BLAINE!
Lowe’s is truly fortunate to have someone like him on their team. Employees like him are what make customers like me want to come back and I live over an hour from there!

This photo is my lawn after renting a nice Honda mower at Lowe’s Iverson. I feel bad leaving a bad review to such a nice company. But may be they will treat the next customer in a better way.
The mower worked fine but the blade was dull. I gave two passes because the grass was tall, however I had this bad result. I went ahead to return it and the representative was not nice, I would say, and when I saw the manager I told him about the problem but he disregarded me abruptly.
The bill had 10 dollars extra for cleaning, but I sprayed it all over including the bag and the bottom. When I complained he said that the manager had imposed the fee and that they have pictures of how it was.
I thing they should be nicer and take responsibility for their mistakes, and not be so picky with customers. Managers set the climate in a store, and I felt a non pleasant atmosphere there. That was Saturday the first in the afternoon. I will find a different branch for my rentals.
