When I returned on Thursday, it was neither assembled nor ready for pickup. I then waited over an hour while staff searched for the item, only to find it still in the box. This reflects poor communication and lack of follow-through, especially for a service I paid for. Overall, a frustrating and unacceptable experience.

When I arrived, there were no open spots in curbside parking. By the time I found one, I realized that people were just parking there and walking inside. Not a single person was waiting in the curbside parking and using it as intended. I waited 10 mins before calling them to inquire about my order. The phone kept ringing and ringing--not a single person answered. I ended up leaving and switched my location for pick up. Never again will I make the drive to this location and WASTE MY TIME AND GAS!

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
