They are staying helpful and friendly but this is too much for anyone to work in this temperatures! Let's get the ac fixed !! So our friends can have the work environment they deserve !!

- SSSamuel SantanderAug 17, 20264.0Going to Leslie’s Pool Store is an experience. The staff is a collection of old and young folks who really know their pool chemistry and equipment. That’s the good stuff. The bad is their inconsistency with staffing help. There are times when I go in for the free water test, and I know I will be there for 20-30 mins ( the vibe is very tense in the store, because no one wants to wait on a Saturday morning ). Once you learn the popular customer times, it’s easy to walk in and get super customer service because ……I’m the only one in the store. The vibe is more relaxed and a jocular exchange with the staff becomes the norm. Pro: The store is always well stocked with pool chemicals. Con: repairs should take 3-5 days after diagnosis and parts acquisition, not 3 weeks. If you can’t make the repair time shorter, a loaner robot vacuum program would go a long way after your $1300 robot is in for repairs. That would be a good incentive to purchase all your equipment from them.
