  My sales person Monica was great! She was able to get me the chair I loved at a price I could afford and the Personnel in store were very nice store was immaculate! Will be back for another chair in near future..

  The sales person was a great help. My husband and I were having a hard time deciding on the type of recliner we wanted. The sales person did a wonderful job in giving us information on each chair to help us decide on the recliner fit us the best.

  Alix was very knowledgeable about the different recliners. He took us straight to recliners that had the features that we were after. He answered all questions that we asked. Great sales person.

  We recently visited this La-Z-Boy location while preparing to furnish a newly purchased home. Unfortunately, our experience left us feeling more pressured than welcomed. We were greeted immediately upon entering, which we appreciated. However, despite explaining several times that we were just browsing, we felt continually pushed into a sales conversation. I already knew the specific chair I was interested in and suspected it was not on display. When my husband mentioned the model, the salesperson was unfamiliar with it and had to ask another employee, who confirmed it was not available in the showroom. During our brief visit, the salesperson made several comments that my husband felt were inappropriate and disrespectful. While I did not personally hear the remarks, the overall interaction felt uncomfortable and overly aggressive from a sales perspective. The biggest disappointment was that we ended up leaving the store sooner than planned because we no longer felt comfortable browsing. We are closing on our home next week and intentionally were not making purchases that day. Our goal was simply to explore options and begin building relationships with local businesses we may purchase from in the near future. The salesperson did offer a 10% discount in an effort to earn our business, which was appreciated. However, the same discount was already available online, so it did not change our timing. Had the experience felt more relaxed and customer-focused, we absolutely would have considered returning to make future purchases through this store. I would encourage the sales team to recognize that not every customer walking through the door is ready to buy immediately. Sometimes a low-pressure, consultative approach creates a stronger long-term customer relationship than a hard sales approach.
