- YYYadiaelMay 9, 20263.0I’ve loved this Hobby Lobby for years and have always had a good experience with the store and most of the employees. However, one employee has consistently been rude and unhelpful during my visits. Today, when I asked for help finding items for a project, she sighed and acted like assisting me was an inconvenience. I also had an issue last month when I tried to return an online order in store after customer service told me to do so. Despite explaining this and even calling customer service while in the store, she refused to help and told me to handle it online, which made the return process much more difficult. I really enjoy shopping here, but this repeated attitude has made my visits uncomfortable. I hope management can address this so customers are treated with more patience and respect.
