  Austin the assistant manager is AMAZING!! Truly the entire team. We had such a great experience looking for furniture. We purchased a couch with a ottoman ;A dining table with a bench and a king bed with a new mattress. All of it was truly amazing. He helped us find amazing furniture within our price range and if we were looking for something specific he knew just where to find it .Couldn’t ask for a better experience. 🪑🛏️🛋️ 29 Aug 2026

  We were approached, as we entered the showroom, by salesman John Emmett. Gave us a quick rundown of the store and then left us to explore. He and others checked on us frequently to make sure any questions got answered. We did settle on a LR set . We had several questions and John was there to answer them all. Very nice young man

  My name is Tracey. I just wanna give my review for furniture row. The service was excellent and the manager. John was amazing. My issue that I had was the delivery service was outrageous. Horrible. They delivered my property to the wrong address that I went in and gave them the correct address and they still delivered it to my old house then they was going to bring it to me and they changed the route and went to another location and caused me to take the whole day off of work and lose money and they still did not get to my house until 415. My delivery time was from 1130 to 1 o’clock and they didn’t get to me until 415. The manager John kept me informed he called the trucking company and spoke to the manager to make sure that they get my furniture to me at a decent time and as soon as possible. During that time he kept informing me step-by-step and calling me and making sure that I knew that they were gonna definitely come. Thank you, John for your great service and expertise and management. Thank you. I feel that you need a different third-party delivery service.

  We had such a great experience at Furniture Row! Everyone was super friendly, but John was especially great to work with. He made buying our dining room set so easy, and honestly, after working with him, we decided we wanted to get all of our furniture through him! Whether it was the table and cabinet, chairs, or our living room set, John was so patient and helpful. We changed our minds a million times, and he never made us feel rushed or pressured. He made us feel like we’d known him for years and really took the time to help us find exactly what we were looking for. We couldn’t be happier with everything, and we’re so glad we had John helping us along the way. Definitely ask for John if you go to Furniture Row!

  Big SHOUTOUT to salesperson LEM. He saved the customer experience from going “south” quickly. My purchases was all complete and delivered. At delivery we realize that part of the items were missing. Called the Company to report the missing item- I was told it was not part of the purchase and it needed to be purchased separately. To my disappointment- for it was not stated nor printed anywhere that the purchases were separate. Now my purchase was a final sale item- and could not be returned. So now Im stuck with an item that is half a purchase. Before I could make it to the STORE to discuss this mistake. LEM has called me several times to inform me that there was an error of delivery. He elected to correct the error and personally deliver the item and set it up. Upon arriving with the item he explained and apology given for the error. I applaud LEM for going over and above exceptional customer service. He won my trust back to return further for my pursuit of purchases with the the FURNITURE ROW COMPANY!!!!!😀
