I would NOT recommend Furniture Row which is sad because they do have beautiful furniture BUT this only applies if the furniture that you get comes new. This was my “brand new” couch that I waited 2 weeks for. It came wrapped which means the delivery guys didn’t do this. I ordered a Loveseat and a Couch. Only 4 out of my 5 princes came. Each and every piece of the couch was stained terribly! In addition 2 of the main cushions looked yellow as if they were properly cared for. To the point that even the delivery guys spoke up. As if this wasn’t bad enough the women I spoke to on the phone didn’t think that a well placed “I’m Sorry” was even necessary. After a useless conversation with her in which she tells me I’m sorry if you feel I should have apologized I escalate this to a manager. My option was wait 2 more weeks and they’d refund delivery fee. Wow a whopping few hundred bucks on a 3,000+ couch that came didn’t come according to what I purchased and did not include all of the pieces I purchased. Per Austin-the best the Store/Regional manager could do is refund delivery-after just spewing me a line about how much they value customer service. That’s funny, everyone’s display today has been less than courteous. The sad reality is I had just called 2 days prior telling our sales guy Lem that we wanted to purchase an entertainment center from him. I understand mistakes happen and I was willing to wait for the couch what I won’t tolerate is a lack of disrespect from staff when I have rightfully placed anger and frustration. What I won’t tolerate is a lack of accountability from the stores side or whomever needs to own up to this. And for the manager/staff/owner to think the solution they offered was acceptable is perhaps the most disgraceful! I did not expect half price of the couch nor did I expect something for free but does this situation warrant a discount in addition to returning my shipping fee ABSOLUTELY. As much as I like furniture row furniture I don’t find their quality to be much better then local competitors. They have multiple large furniture stores within a close proximity that are better in price with similar if not the same styles. If they are going to treat customs like they did my family today I could see why going else where that’s cheaper would be a better option. I won’t pay top dollar to be treated as if I’m beneath them. They turned a stressful experience but a beautiful new blessing into something even more stressful. And to be less then courteous is the final straw. If you’re okay buying furniture and don’t care how you’re treated then by all means stick with them. If you’re okay being nothing more then a commission, again shop. If you want to be valued, heard or validated then I encourage you to run for the hills. Better yet support any small business furniture shop-I promise they care more. I’m genuinely sorry I didn’t go that route the first time around. While a smaller shop may have had the same outcome atleast they would have genuinely cared for the the customer!

Austin was wonderful to work with during our couch buying process! He took the time to show us all of our options without pressuring us, lead us to a great couch that met all of our needs and helped us get the best deal possible. We are so glad that we are getting our couch from Furniture Row and highly recommend them!

Jimmy was a great salesman. No pressure, gave us time to explore, answer any questions we had on the pieces. Went above and beyond helping with our needs.
