I recently had a deeply frustrating experience with Flex Moving and I feel compelled to share my story to warn others considering their services. From start to finish, my experience was nothing short of a nightmare. Also was 132 a hr i paid 700 already and then continued to charge me.
**Unprofessional Behavior:**
To begin with, the professionalism of the staff left much to be desired. When they arrived, they seemed disorganized and unprepared. Instead of taking charge of the situation, there was a noticeable lack of direction. They appeared to be more interested in chatting among themselves than focusing on the task at hand. I expected a team that was efficient and ready to work, but what I got was a group that seemed to treat the job as a casual outing rather than a serious responsibility.
**Damaged Belongings:**
As if the unprofessionalism wasn't enough, I was horrified to discover that several of my belongings were damaged during the move. This included a cherished antique table that had been in my family for generations, as well as various electronics that were not handled with the care they deserved. When I pointed out the damage, the team shrugged it off, offering vague apologies but no real solutions. I was left feeling helpless and frustrated, especially given the emotional value of some of the items that were ruined.
**Extended Hours without Communication:**
To make matters worse, the movers overstayed their welcome. What should have been a straightforward move turned into an all-day affair. They were at my home for several hours longer than promised, which disrupted my entire day. When I asked for updates on when they would finish, the responses were vague and dismissive. It felt as though I was an inconvenience to them rather than a valued customer.
**Poor Customer Service:**
After the move, I tried to reach out to customer service to address my concerns. The response was appalling. I was met with long wait times on the phone and unhelpful representatives who seemed disinterested in resolving my issues. It was clear that once they had my money, they were no longer invested in providing any support or taking responsibility for the damage caused.
In conclusion, my experience with Flex Moving was marred by unprofessionalism, careless handling of my belongings, extended hours without communication, and abysmal customer service. I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere. There are plenty of moving companies that value their customers and handle their belongings with care, unlike Flex. Save yourself the headache and choose a company that prioritizes professionalism and accountability.
