Business Hours mean nothing apparently. Have to wait around 4 hours to get in touch w someone to drill a lock to open storage unit. Terrible customer service

New manager Sean was super helpful! Made my rental smooth and easy. Explained everything in detail. The app is awesome for getting all the info on your unit. Access code, unit number and the Bluetooth access is the best!

First off, Kelly, the manager, has very poor communication skills. The staff are not on the same page, and it often feels like they change their stories to cover for one another.
My unit has had three separate rate increases with no notice, explanation, or communication from management. When I brought the issue to their attention, I was told there was nothing they could do to help correct the situation.
What made the situation even more frustrating was that Kelly personally told me that if I came in and explained everything, she would waive a fee. After I did exactly that and came in prepared to pay the balance, she acted as if we had never had that conversation and denied ever making that commitment. It felt dishonest and unprofessional.
Instead of honoring what was discussed, they attempted to charge me additional auction fees on top of the already increased unit cost. The lack of transparency, communication, and accountability has been extremely disappointing. Customers should not have to deal with multiple unexplained rate increases, conflicting information from staff, and promises that are later ignored.
