My experience with ESS has been excellent.
Facility is very well maintained.
The service provided by the manager Avery has been exceptional. He's been very courteous, professional, efficient, responsive, and extremely patient in addressing self-induced issues.
Would 100% use ESS' services again, especially this location.

I give this storage 2 stars, not having to do with anything regarding the facility itself . The building is great , big and other than the extreme security measures which in it ways has its benefits. Even though they maybe very inconvenient (the elevators). The reason why I give this place 2 stars is because as long as I’ve been a customer here and have had storages in other states the customer service here at this facility is probably by far the worst I’ve ever experienced. I’m not sure if it’s just a NC thing that no one really believes in going above and beyond for their customers while providing excellent cs or if it’s just the way the place is ran by the manager here. Corporate should really provide customer service classes to it’s managers and employees.
