i don’t recommend this storage unit because of the elderly black woman with the glasses that be in the office. when i first came to rent my unit months prior, i already noticed that she was kind of a rude person & it seemed like she had an attitude doing her job. but as of today, june 16th, 2026 i felt that she came at me disrespectfully.
i was at my storage unit, minding my business, getting a few things when i noticed her walking up to me. she tried to tell me that i was “speeding” & even though that the gate was already open, i still needed to key in my code as if i snuck in there. i have no problem with someone letting me know something but it’s the way she said it to me. she was pointing her finger & said it in a stern tone as if i was her child or something. i found it disrespectful because it’s a certain way to talk to people. but even though i found it disrespectful i still didn’t say anything to her at first, i continued doing what i was doing & i guess she didn’t like that because she then said “if you don’t like it” & then shrugged her shoulders & started to walk away. we then got into a verbal argument & she threatened to evict me all because i didn’t let her disrespect me.

I had a great experience at extra space today. I currently have a unit in this particular extra space but I went to the office to ask questions about getting a larger unit. The young lady that was working Taylor . Answered all my questions about pricing and all the info needed to move into a different unit. She was very knowledgeable about her company and even gave me recommendations on what would be best. Great customer service from this location.
