I didn’t know much about storage units, but he answered all my questions and really helped calm my nerves. I never realized storage companies could show this kind of value and care for their customers. Then meeting Bianca in person made it even better. She was amazing — a true superstar ⭐ — with a smiling face and such an upbeat personality. Great people really do go a long way. You can tell they have heart in this business.
