Derica was absolutely AMAZING! She went above and beyond to help me with my storage unit and made the entire process so much easier than I expected. From the moment I spoke with her, she was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help. You can tell she really cares about the customers and takes pride in her job.
Moving and dealing with storage can already be stressful, but Derica made everything smooth and stress-free. She took the time to answer my questions, explain everything clearly, and made sure I was taken care of. Customer service like this is honestly hard to find nowadays!

⭐ UNACCEPTABLE MANAGEMENT, & CUSTOMER SERVICE
The manager at this location, Sharika, has been absolutely and utterly disrespectful, and based on my experience, her conduct does not reflect the professionalism I would expect from someone in a supervisory or management position.
When concerns were raised about this property, I was questioned about why I posted a public review and was told that I should not have posted it. Yes, I absolutely should have. Customers and businesses have every right to provide an honest review of their experience, especially when legitimate concerns remain unresolved.
I am writing this review on behalf of our corporate offices at Vanity 360 Photo Booth, a photo booth, party organization, and entertainment company. We rented two storage units at this location to accommodate our business equipment and inventory. We have moved a significant amount of property into one unit; however, our second storage unit remains completely empty because of the lack of reliable availability and accessibility to the building.
Our company has now been delayed in moving equipment into the second unit because of ongoing issues involving access doors, limited resources, lack of carts, and difficulty entering the building. We have been customers for less than a week, and we are already experiencing significant operational inconveniences.
When I contacted Ms. Sharika regarding our bill, these inconveniences, and the problems accessing the property, I was met with what I considered disrespect, excuses, and dismissive treatment instead of solutions. I also requested contact information for corporate headquarters or a district manager, either by email or telephone, so these concerns could be properly escalated. That information was not provided. Refusing to provide an appropriate avenue for escalation when a customer specifically requests one is unacceptable.
As a company ourselves, we understand that operational problems can happen. What is unacceptable is expecting a paying business customer to simply accept those problems without appropriate communication, accountability, accessibility, or a path toward resolution. We were essentially made to feel by the front desk that these conditions were something we should simply “suck it up” and accept. We will not.
This is not acceptable service. Our business is paying for two storage units, yet our ability to move into and properly utilize the second unit has been delayed because of conditions outside of our control. We expect reliable access to what we are paying for, professional treatment from management, and the ability to escalate legitimate concerns when local management is unable or unwilling to resolve them.
Extra Space Storage corporate and district leadership need to address the management and accessibility issues at this property immediately.

This storage facility process has been smooth since day one. The reservation and move in process was simple, the units are well‑maintained, and I always feel safe accessing the unit. The staff is pleasant, responsive and quick to assist with any questions. Overall, a great experience.
