I had an outstanding experience at Extra Space Storage on Providence Rd. Trii Luong the store manager was absolutely phenomenal! From the moment my family and I walked in, he was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to answer all of our questions, explained everything clearly, and made the entire process smooth and stress free.
It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about providing excellent customer service, and Trii went above and beyond to make sure we had exactly what we needed. His positive attitude and willingness to help made all the difference.

This was my first time renting a storage unit, and I had a great experience! A very kind employee named Tri helped me every step of the way. He showed me where my unit was located, explained how to unlock it, and made sure I understood everything before leaving. He was professional, patient, and genuinely helpful. I was looking for a storage unit close to my home and I found Extra Space Storage. I had the best customer service experience with Tri. I had not locked the unit and taken the key when I left. Tri called me to let me know but he went the extra mile by going to my unit and locking it for me until I could come retrieve it. I had additional questions and he was kind and patient.
